    HARSCH INVESTMENT PROPERTIES HONORED AT BOMA NEVADAS ANNUAL

    TOBY (THE OUTSTANDING BUILDING OF THE YEAR) AWARDS

    Las Vegas, NVOctober 23, 2013 - BOMA Nevada honored Harsch Investment Properties withtwo TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards at the Annual Awards Luncheon on

    Tuesday, October 22, 2014 at the Mandarin Oriental in CityCenter. Harschs Henderson

    Commerce Center IV Phase I was selected as the Industrial Office Park of the Year. Traverse

    Point Commerce Center, a recent acquisition for Harsch, was also recognized as the

    Warehouse/Distribution Facility of the Year. These awards are the fourth and fifth TOBYs to be

    awarded to Harsch.

    The Industrial Office Park category stipulated that a park consists of two or more buildings,

    comprising a total project, one to two stories in height, with more than 5% and less than 50%

    office area. Building(s) must have a dock-high loading dock, roll-up or sliding rear door(s), withno common lobby or corridor except for restroom vestibules and utility equipment access. The

    buildings must have been occupied for at least three years. The commencement month for the

    first occupant must have been no later than June 2010. The winner in this category is eligible to

    participate in the upcoming regional competition.

    Similarly, the Warehouse/Distribution category is an award for a local property containing one or

    more buildings that are multi-tenantor single-tenant buildings. Must contain dock- high loading doors

    or may also include grade- level loading doors. The building/s must have a bay size of at least

    15,000 sq. ft. with a minimum of24 clear height. The buildings must have been occupied for

    at least three years. The commencement month for the first occupant must have been no laterthan June 2010. The winner in this category is eligible to participate in the upcoming regional

    competition.

    BOMA Nevadas TOBY Awardsnotably titled BOMA Brilliance, was emceed by Dave

    Courvoisier of CBS 8 News Now and featured a keynote address from Myron Martin, President

    and CEO of the Smith Center for the Performing Arts. The TOBY awards program is the most

    prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry

    recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management.During thecompetitions, all facets of a building's operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged

    on everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and "green"

    policies and procedures.

    The competition consists of three levels. The competition begins at the BOMA local association

    level, winning entries advance from there to the regional level and, finally, regional winners

    advance to the international level. The international TOBY Awards will be presented at theBOMA International Conference in San Diego, CA, June 23-25, 2013.
