AIR FLOW:• Duringfinishapplication,limitoreliminateairflow.

• Oncethefirstcoatoffinishhasflowed,leveledandtackedoffonthesurface,moveair aggressively across and out of the room. -Thiscanbedonebysettingupfansfromdoorwaysblowingintotheroom(not directlyatfloorlevel)andatoppositedoorwayspullingairoutoftheroom.

TEMPERATURE:• Job sites need to maintain a consistent temperature during the coating process.

• It must be 50°F degrees or higher at all times.

• Idealtemperatureandhumidityconditionsforpaint/finishapplicationare65°-80°F and40-60%relativehumidity.

• Paintandfinishproductsshouldbeacclimatedtotheseoptimalconditionsbeforeapplication.Higherhumiditylevelswillincreasedrytimes.

• It is recommended that the A/C is turned off during application. Exhaust fans can beusedoncethecoathasflowed,leveledandtackedoff.

FOR BEST RESULTS:• Afterabrasionandbeforefinishing,drytackwiththeBonaSuperCourt® Athletic Floor CareMopandBonaMicrofiberDryDustingPadorwettackwiththeBonaMicrofiber Wet Cleaning Pad.

• Usingwaterlesscleanersormineralspiritsisextremelyriskyandshouldneverbe used for tacking.

• Thefloormustbe100%dryandclearofanyliquidordebrispriortoproductapplication.

• Make sure the last coat is dry before applying additional coats.

• Bona waterborne finishes do NOT need to be abraded for adhesion if the next coat is applied within 48 hours. If48hourshaspassedsincethelastcoat,abradethefloorwithaBonaConditioningPad(320-grit)orBonaDiamondabrasives(180or240-grit).

• Applyingoil-modifiedproductswithoutabrasionbetweencoatsisnotrecommended.Theseproductsmustbefreshlyabradedbetweenallcoats.
