Overview of the course structure
• 120 credits at all levels to graduate with a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management
• Mix of academic, vocational and professional skill development
• Placement year in the third year
• Option choices at all levels (giving you more control over specialisation)
• Assessment is a mixture of lab-based learning, coursework, presentations, posters and exams.
