Bonus System SRS Enhancements & Comment

1) Improving Bonus Status definitions so that a Bonus Glossary can be included in theBonus BO.

2) Adding the Cash as type of bonus.3) Increasing security check when Immediate bonus is selected in the BO-0004 panel.4) Adding the following features in the Bonus Search panel (BO-0005):

a. Search by Bonus Code.b. Search by User_list.c. Search by Provider or applying Gaming restrictions to the search.

COMENTS TO POINT 2.1.1.6 Status (S)

The current Bonus Status definitions in the SRS can be easily misunderstood. The aim is

improving the Status definitions presented in the SRS doc, so that they can be added to the

Bonus Panel as a Bonus Glossary.

Ideally the Bonus Status Glossary should be available permanently in all main frames or

panels of the Bonus system, but as a starting point, the glossary should be shown at least in

the following Bonus Panels: BO-0001, BO-0002, BO-0005 and BO-0006.

The Bonus status in the SRS are the following ones:

Available: The bonus has been offered to the player.This status also appears in the SRS as Offered (please, see Panel BO-0001). Firstly,the name of the status should be agreed. As this status is related to a player, I would

suggest using the term Offered or Eligible. A bonus will appear as Offered orEligible as soon as the bonus has been activated and has been attached to a listof players. This status is subject to a promotional period, so the this status may

change only in the following cases:

o When the player claims/accepts the bonus offer. In this case the bonus statuswould change to Claimed or Accepted.

o When the promotional period of the bonus offer has expired. In this case thebonus status would change to Declined.

Active: The bonus is given to a player.This term should refer only to a stage of the bonus-campaign creation process, that

is, once a bonus has been created in the bonus tool, the status of that bonus should

be Active. In other words, the Active status should not be usedwhen a playerhas claimed or accepted the bonus. Therefore, the suggestion is to change the term

Active for Claimed.

Declined: The bonus has been declined by the player.This status refers only to the promotional period of the bonus. When a player is

eligible for a bonus and does not claim that bonus within the promotional period,

then the bonus would be considered as Expired.

Cancelled: The Bonus has been cancelled by the player.As in the Active status case, the cancellation of a bonus should refer to the action

of cancelling a bonus campaign in the bonus tool (please, see point 3.8.2 of SRSCurrent Bonuses). The suggestion is changing the Cancelled status forDeclined as it implies that the player has refused playing an already claimedbonus.

Used: The bonus has been spent until the last cent.The definition suggested here would be The bonus money has been spentcompletely by the player.

Completed: the bonus money has been transferred to the real balance.The status of Completed should be changed for Wagered.

Expired: The bonus has been activated and came to its expiration. Suggestion: changing Expired for Failed as we considered that Expirationshould refer to the promotional period only. Failed should be defined as The

player has failed to fulfil the wagering requirements within the bonus wagering

period.

Bonus status in relation to bonus campaign creation:

- Create- Edit- Active- Copy: The option of copying or duplicating a bonus campaign should be

available in the Bonus Campaign BO.

- CancelCOMENTS TO POINT 2.1.2 Bonus Types

The Bonus System does not take into account the option of creating a bonus with no

wagering requirements or withdrawals restrictions. This type of Bonus is commonly known as

Cash or Fund as is used to compensate customers in case of game or payment

incidences.

The Cash option should be included in the Bonus BO but with usage restrictions. In thisdocument is presumed that the Bonus BO has different users permissions and only certain

users should be allowed to manage the Cash option.

COMENTS TO POINT 3.8 Interfaces

1) SEARCH RESULTS (BO-0001, BO-0002, BO-0006)We understand that the Bonus System SRS V01 contains only the first stage of the

Bonus Tool development and that the panels shown in this first version are mainly for

CS usage. However, we would like to emphasize the importance of showing allBonus status in the result table in order to help the follow up of players and bonuses.

Besides, that information is already available in the BO-0003, so that data could be

pulled in a more detailed table. Search results for a Marketing Bonus Dashboard

should include the Promotion duration, Claimed -the date on which the playerclaimed the bonus- and the Bonus expiration date. In this :

2) BONUS SUPPORT (BO-0004)The option Immediate bonus should have certain security checks so that we makesure that CS does not provide the wrong bonus. This security check could be:

a. Amount limits and permissions: not all CS agents should be allow to give highvalue bonuses as Immediate bonus.

b. Double confirmation: once a high value bonus has been set up asImmediate bonus and the CS agent clicks on the Offer a bonus button,the Bonus BO should trigger a pop-up with the bonus information, the

question Are you sure you want to give this bonus? and a Submit button.c. Triggering an email to the Alea Gaming Managers when a high value bonus

has been given to a player.

3) BONUS SEARCH (BO-0010)The search by Bonus Codefeature should be included in this panel.For Marketing is more important to show the user_id than the user_name.

4) BONUS CAMPAIGN SEARCH (not included in SRS V01)BONUS LIST panels (BO-0007, BO-0008 and BO-0009) and BONUS DASHBOARD (BO-

0013 and BO-0014) panels could be a first version of the Bonus Campaign Search.

This panel is key for Marketing and it must show the following fields (columns):

a. Bonus name.b. Offer duration.c. Bonus duration.d. # eligible players.e. # uptake.f. # bonus wagered.g. Turn Overh. NGRi. # Depositsj. Value Deposits
