Criticism1. the authors failed to include any citation of prior work on the topic at their papers.

While the BSC terminology was coined by Art Schneiderman in 1987 at analog devices.2. the BSC model has built upon the principle of four perspectives as the ultimate purpose while other stakeholders seem to be ignored like suppliers,community.
