Organized under the patronage of Embassy of Russia in India at Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) by Exhibitions India Group, IRFC 2020 is an effort to strengthen Indo-Russian friendship by promoting an exchange of cultural and business synergies.
