I hope this delegate booklet finds you well. It was prepared for you to find out more about our na-tional conference FACS 2012.
FACS is an annual event that plays an important role in the growth of AIESEC Italy. Since its the first meeting of the year, the purpose of the conference is to outline the guidelines that every office of AIESEC in Italy will follow over the future years of association. Being a relevant committee to the Italian Network, for the first time AIESEC Ancona intends to organize this conference, important not only for the training of members that will coat leadership roles within the organization, but also to outline the strategies and objectives to be achieved until the end of the year.
The symbol we have chosen to represent the FACS 2012 is the butterfly.
The butterfly is a symbolic animal for excellence, is basically a sign of tran-sformation and revival. It teaches us to transform our lives consciously, to create completely new situations in real life, to fulfill our deepest desires.The butterfly represents the balance, transformation, or metamorphosis, successful projects and the ability to accept change.
In a word: Evolution.
Is just the evolution and growth that we want to ensure every member of AIESEC that Italy will par-ticipate in this congress. We will put all our strength and energy to ensure a conference structured, innovative and unforgettable experience for all participants. It will be a good opportunity to empha-size to our committee, our city and our region.

8HOW TO REACH HOTEL PINETA:
From the A14:exit Ancona Nord,State Route 76 toward Rome exit Fabriano Ovest, continue for Campodonico SP16 10 km
From Rome:the direction of Spoleto, Folignoexit Fabriano Ovestcontinue for Campodonico 10 km
Note (whatever you chose for travel): At the station there will be busses that take you from FABRIANO directly to the site. (In the next days we will give you more details).

Falconara Airport offers a direct railway service from Castelferretti Station (in front of the Airport terminal) and Ancona station.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION
Further below and in the attachment you can find more information aboutthe FACS T-shirts, the Terms of Payment, Cancellation terms.
FACS T-shirt + FACS Bag
Terms of Payment
The FACS T-shirt costs 10 and the FACS bag costs 4 and you could book both within the appli-cation form of the FACS 2012.
Once you book them, you should pay it with the fee by bank transfert.

In the field of the purpose of the bank transfer, please state:
FACS 2012 [committee][your name] [your surname][fee][damage fee][and eventually T-shirt and Bag]
The fee for delegates is 35 per night, so in total from the 25th to the 29th of July (for LCP is from 24th July) you will pay 140 and you should pay the damage fee also, wich is 30, that you will receive again if you dont do any damage.
In addition, in order to make the payment of FACS 2012 easier, we kindly suggets you to transfer the total amount of
170 (140 delegate fee plus 30 damage fee), or
180 (140 delegate fee plus 30damage fee plus 10 Tshirt) if you booked the T-shirt, or
184 (170 delegate fee plus 30 damage fee plus 10 FACS T-shirt plus 4 FACS bag).
Once you have been approved as delegate at FACS 2012, you can cancel your registration until the 19th of July at 23:59, Italian Time.
If you dont come to the congress and you dont cancel your registration before the 19th of July at 23:59, you must pay the 30% of the total of congress fee.

Please e-mail us a scan of the confirmation of the bank transfer as soon as you have transferred the money with the CRO code too.
Do keep in mind that the total sum we should receive on our bank account is 170 ,180, if you booked the FACS T-shirt or 184 if you book the FACS T-shirt and the FACS bag and that all losses on foreign exchange and all bank charges must be paid for by the delegates.
Please remember that all the payments must be done by bank transfert.

Art. 3.1 I Comitati organizzatori devono rendere disponibile lapplication almeno 30 giorni prima dellinizio del congresso. La scadenza di questa deve essere fissata entro cinque giorni dallinizio del meeting. In caso di mancato rispetto di tale deadline, sar applicata una sanzione di 3 giornalieri. Allo stesso tempo sar applicata una penale nellordine del 30% sul totale della fee da application, in caso di iscrizione e poi mancata presenza al meeting senza un preavviso di cinque giorni da parte del singolo delegato. Questultima clausola non valida in caso di MeLDS.

Members/VPs current = 50 points
LCPs current = 100 points
MC current/FACI = 200 points
OC = 200 points
OCP = 250 points
Chair = 400 points
Doing whatever you think is needed to be done with the Chair in this room:
You will gain 400 points + RESPECT .
