Project Description
• Project Name : Global Guardians • LC Name : LC AIESEC Unibraw, Malang, East Java,Indonesia AIESEC Unibraw launches a project with the issue of Career Care. This project will be focuses on developing individual’s soft skills and interpersonal skills. Our project will act as a facilitator for them (interns and participants) to hone and explore all their skills and potentials.
Project Description
Global guardians is a project that focus and work on the development on soft skills and interpersonal skills in each individuals. Global guardians aim to create young leaders with a global mindset and for them to create an impact in the society. They way we do it is by creating impactful individuals who can implement what they have learned through Global Guardians and act on it. We also providing a platform (Global Guardians’ Project) to transform each participants into a proactive member of society and hopefully for them to inspire others. With this project, we hope that youth can understand and realize the importance of developing their skill which will be useful for them in the future (finding job, working in society, etc). In this project, interns will be responsible for preparing and delivering the material for every mini conference. Interns will also be the leader of the small group that consist of some youth/teens. This project with the help of interns, will be responsible for making youth understand and realize the important of soft skill and interpersonal skill. This project is a volunteering project, so interns will not be paid for working
[CREATOR] : Interns will create the materials for all the sessions (PowerPoint/Presentation, video, music, etc) for every weekly mini-conference. All the materials are created based on the theme of the week. Interns have to prepare it together and it must be finished at least one day before the mini-conference. A dry run must be simulated a day before the actual conference with the chair. Output from the materials include power point slides, videos, music or anything
[FACILITATOR] : Interns will deliver the sessions each week at the
mini-conference. Sessions delivered will be based on the materials created by interns. Interns will become the facilitators to help the participants understand what the materials are about. Interns must be able to analyse and assess the bottlenecks of the mini-conference.
[TRAINER] : Interns create a challenge together with the organizing
committee and deliver it to the participants based on the theme of the week. Participants will be divided into groups and interns will be the trainers of the group. Interns will be responsible for their group to complete the challenge. Organizing Committee will provide the locations and help you with the logistic (Interns must submit the required materials at 2 days before the challenge begins)
Job Description
IGCDP WORLD IN ONE HOME iGCDP World in One Home is the main closing event for ALL Winter Projects. The event consists of the Awarding Ceremony, performances by the interns (which will be prepared based on their country and combined if the performance consists of more than one interns from the same country), and the lighting of the lantern, which symbolizes the official closing of the project. Interns will be participating and organizing this event alongside the Organizing Committee. Interns will also showcase their country in 'Global Night Village'.
THIS IS MY INDONESIA
Interns will learn about Indonesia better (language, culinary, ceramics, traditional dance, batik and music). Interns will need to pay for THIS IS MY INDONESIA ($10 - $15). Interns will learn something new about Indonesia every week. Interns are REQUIRED to join THIS IS MY INDONESIA. THE LC ACTIVITY
Interns will join LC activities IF there are any. If there are, then interns are OBLIGATED to come.

Indonesia use Indonesian Rupiah as their currency. $1= Rp 14.000 Indonesia is well known for its beautiful beaches, nature, cultures, delicious foods and the friendly people. A lot of people like to come here and enjoy the beautiful of Indonesia.
About Malang
Malang is the second largest city in East Java with the population of 820.243 (in 2010). This is a city of great historical significance. The city is famous for its cool air, places for tourist to visit (beaches, mountains, etc) and the cheap price of foods and any other things.
