John Graci Lisa Schaefer Seth Gilbert Gerarda Lahey-Keppler Jan Powers

John Graci has more than 15 years of experience in leadership development and training. He received his bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls and is the author of the leadership book, The Buck Stops with You, published in 2009. John has performed at locations from the Mirage in Las Vegas to overnight retreats in International Falls, Minn. to CNN!

Lisa Schaefer is a teacher, counselor and small business professional with more than 20 years of experience in education and sales. She believes in empowering people and businesses to create action plans for success. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a certificate in Educational Leadership from Winona State. As a facilitator, Lisa holds certifications in the John Maxwell Leadership Curriculum and Daniel Pink Drive Curriculum.

Seth D. Gilbert, JD, is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, where he completed a dual major in sociology and anthropology, along with minors in history, philosophy and theater, and William Mitchell College of Law. Seth has researched, designed, facilitated and evaluated several custom, hybrid and off-the-shelf personal and group development presentations. His various programs have been attended by private, public and non-profit enterprises including Fortune 500 organizations and the United States Army.

Gerarda Lahey-Keppler’s experience in sales, human resources and motivational speaking is extensive. She is currently a psychology instructor at Northeast Iowa Community College, owner/manager of the Barn House guest home and her own wellness company. She has a passion for helping others gain the knowledge and skills to have the life and career they deserve and finding the joy and prosperity in the gift of who they are. Gerarda tailors her training to the needs of organizations, using humor, compassion, energy and directness in giving the information. She has presented on a wide range of human relation topics, and has been a keynote speaker for various types of seminars.

Jan Powers is a communication and public relations professional with more than 30 years of experience in public relations, advertising, marketing, corporate, employee and media communication, and communication training. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa. Jan is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, the Association of Business & Industry, and the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce. She is a local board member with UnityPoint/Finley Hospital.
