TNA Simply is a Gap Analysis Between those specificcompetencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) needed to achievethe desired performance expectations and the assessment ofindividuals against them.BOOST take a variety of approaches to conducting a TNAdependent on the context of the organization and requirements ofthe training project.

TNA | How We Do ItThe Steps

Step oneThe whole process must start with an internal Scoping Study to provide an detailed list of the changes that have occurred in the organization that warrant a review of training. From the scoping study, an Operational Task Statement is produced which forms the basis of the Training Needs Analysis.Interviews with managers and staff , together with a breakdown of any prior training will help to identify any gaps in training that need to be addressed.

Step TwoWhat options do you have for delivering the key ? What competencies identified in the previous reports? Simply All of the options will be considered and analyzed and be presented in the report.

Step ThreeThe final TNA report will be a culmination of all the work conducted in the previous stages, and should allow a balanced report to be submitted to senior management within your organization to allow decisions about any training requirements to be made. This report will come with a recommended implementation plan based on all the facts.
