ZIAD ANWAR ABDELHAFEZ MBA’14GENERAL MANAGEMENT

CAIRO, EGYPT

Before coming to SMG, Ziad worked in corporate banking and strategic planning in Egypt. Here, he’s expanding his financial background with courses in organizational behavior and strategy. He’s found strength in diverse teams (one of his groups included students from Israel, Saudia Arabia, India, and America) and friends in student clubs. “We have a smaller class size than other business schools, which gives you a unique opportunity to build strong bonds with classmates and professors.”

THE BOSTON UNIVERSITY MBA

GRADES. DEADLINES. PROJECTS. YOU’LL FACE THEM ALL HERE, JUST AS YOU WOULD AT ANY OTHER BUSINESS SCHOOL. WHAT SETS US APART IS A MULTIPLICITY OF CHOICES. AT SMG, YOU’LL HAVE MORE PATHS TO A DEGREE THAN ALMOST ANY OTHER SCHOOL.

What makes you tick? If it’s how technology influences every management decision, we suggest you look at our Two-Year MS•MBA program (MBA and MS in Information Systems). We also offer specializations in Public & Nonprofit Management or Health Sector Management, in a city that’s considered the capital of both industries. Interested in an area outside of the School of Management? We offer nine dual degrees in partnership with BU’s 15 other schools and colleges. And if you’re seeking a truly global point of view, our One-Year International MBA program begins with a summer semester abroad, offering the chance to immerse yourself in local culture and business practices.

In a nutshell: there are a lot of ways to earn your MBA here.
