TRANSPORTATION

The main form of public transportation available between Boulder and Denver is the Bus Rapid Transit

system, recently opened in 2016. the BRT offers service every 4 to 15 minutes during peak hours and every

15 minutes off-peak, Monday through Friday. The nearest Flatiron Flyer stop (US36 / McCaslin) is a 10

minute walk from Downtown Superior.

By car, Downtown Superior is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Boulder, 10 minutes from

Interlocken Business Park, 25 minutes from Downtown Denver, and 45 minutes from Denver International

Airport, via US-470.

The site is also connected to Boulder via the local bus route 228 and “Dash” lines. A local bus stop will be
