Tournesol’s environmentally-friendly Boulevard wood clads a robust FRP fiberglass liner to make a beautiful, long-lasting commercial-grade wood planter. Unlike other wood planters, Boulevard is designed for 25+ years of service. The wood cladding can even be deleted on sides where not needed - against a wall, butted up against another planter, etc.

The thermally-modified ash (already used with our site furnishings and decking products) has a 25+ year life span (AWPA UC3B), is moisture stabilized, splinter, warp and twist resistant, and will naturally weather from deep brown to a beautiful, rich silver. The Boulevard Cap creates an add-on feature for standard Boulevard Planters. It presents a 3.5” lip around the top of the planter opening and attaches directly onto the top slats of the planter cladding.

There are two different designs for the cap: • 4-sided planters • 1-, 2-, 3- sided planters without scoops

This product will only fit Boulevard Planters that are 18” wide or wider. Standard wood cap is ash along with the rest of the planter. Custom wood varieties are available. The cap is not meant for supporting heavy weights for long durations.

Boulevard™ - Complementary Planter Options and Accessories

The versatile Boulevard Planters have several complementary products. The Boulevard Screen combines a rectangular planter and VertiGreen trellis to create attractive, easy-to-install solutions for screening off unsightly views. Use our laser cut metal panels to create a wind screen or privacy panel. The planter integrates bracket pockets into the interior wall. Brackets mount to either a 3D trellis panel or laser cut windscreen or privacy panel. Available with a range of sizes, colors and screen sizes. See the Boulevard Screen detail sheet for more information.

The popular Boulevard Thermally-Modified Wood Planters are also available with Stainless Steel, Weathering Steel, or Powder-Coated Mild Steel side panels. Great for creating color accents, custom logos, or unifying project themes with Weathering Steel or Stainless Steel options. Please contact your salesperson for details.
