Local Pressed Apple Cider 6 oz. Fresh Lemon 4 oz. Honey Syrup 12 dashes Angostura Bitters 0.5 teaspoon Freshly Grated Cinnamon 0.5 teaspoon Freshly Grated Nutmeg Ingredients. Make honey syrup by combining equal parts honey and hot water and stir. Chill (keeps up to 1 week). Combine bourbon, apple cider, fresh lemon, honey syrup, and bitters in punch bowl and add freshly grated cinnamon and nutmeg. Chill for 2 hours. Add chilled soda water/sparkling wine (optional) and serve over ice. Directions. Proper dilution is key for balance here so be sure to chill it down properly before serving.
