Abstract:
When a virus appears the first time in china called covid 19 affecting the respiratory system, and
after spreading rapidly all over the world and the intervention of the world health organization and ranked
it as pandemic on march 11th
,2020.in order to fight countries, algeria inter alia,promulgate many laws to
take preventive measures such as and the most important is to limit the move of people through de claring
breakdown; but some countries like Algeria intervene through ministry of justice which promulgate
calling president of judicial competencies to implement the provisions of article 322 of the civil and
administrative law.
