• Keep content secure – configure collaborator roles and shared content carefully

• Collaborate considerately – lock files and communicate with collaborators when

you intend to make changes

• Avoid special keyboard characters:

• 255 character limit on file names

To begin: 1. Use the Chrome browser and navigate to http://box.augusta.edu.

2. Select the “Continue” button.

3. Enter your NetID user name (the part of your email address that precedes the @ symbol) and password.

4. Click the Sign In button. You will be directed to your Box Home screen (“All Files & Folders”).Follow the instructions in your activity guide.
