ENTRIES CLOSE: 9:00 P.M. (MST) -- Wednesday, February 2, 2005at the Show Secretary's office after which time entries cannot beaccepted, cancelled, altered or substituted except as provided for inChapter 11, Section 6, AKC Dog Show Rules.

ENTRY FEES: includes a $.50 AKC RECORDING FEE and a $1.50 EVENT FEE.

CANADIAN EXHIBITORS MUST SUBMIT ENTRIES WITH CHECKS DRAWN ON U.S.ACCOUNTS OR WITH INTER-NATIONAL MONEY ORDERS IN U.S. FUNDS.

Entry fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused byVeterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee.

Post Dated Checks & Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Boxer ClubOf Colorado will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequentreturned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.

No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civildisturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, publicemergency, act of a public enemy, strikes and/or any other cause beyond the control of theClub or the Show Secretary.

No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to itsacceptance. An administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations of changes made priorto closing of entries.

Entries will not be accepted without fees or signatures. There will be no refunds for duplicateentries.

Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing, fax or by telegramprior to close of entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable.

No dog wrongly entered in a class may be transferred to another class (except in case ofwrong sex), nor can a dog be withdrawn after entries have closed. The owner or agentassumes all responsibilities for wrong or incomplete information of the entry blank.

Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors,and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after thepublished closing date.

Entries must be made on an Official AKC entry form or photocopy of the Official AKC entryform with the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side or they can not be accepted.

Agents may indicate their name on entry forms for inclusion in the catalog, provided they are18 years old or older and neither own nor co-own the dog.

SHOW SITE INFORMATION:

The Show Site will be available to exhibitors from Noon on Wednesday. The building will open6:00 a.m. each day there a fter. Dogs must be removed from the show site immediatelyfollowing the completion of Best in Show judging, Monday, February 21st 2005.

The show grounds at this show constitute the show building. NO un-entered dogs allowed onthe show grounds. NO dogs will be allowed in the restrooms.

All regulations governing the use of this facility, and all regulations and decisions of the ShowCommittee of this show giving club on this day will be strictly enforced, including and notrecorded in this Premium List.

To insure adequate space for grooming and quartering of dogs, the Clubs require all exhibitorsto stack crates & to comply with any limitations imposed by the Show Committees orSuperintendent.

Exhibitors and handlers will be held responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates.Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their own dogs AT ALL TIMES.Dumping of dog food or grooming residue into the restroom sinks and toilets is strictlyprohibited!

“Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogsare free of external and internal parasites, any communicable diseases, and haveappropriate vaccinations.”

Prepaid Parking - Close-in space not guaranteed. Contact Ms. Teresa Thomas. Official parking pass must be presented at the gate; otherwise, parking charge will be $6.00per day. No Replacement Passes Will Be Issued. RV parking is limited. Electric spaces are $20.00 with a minimum reservation of 4 days.Electrical hook-ups are on a first come first serve basis. EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for furtherjudging. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the Club nor its Show Secretary will beresponsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breedor Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agentsalone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings.

The show giving Club, the Show Secretary, their agents, employees, etc. assume noresponsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of theirdogs or property while at or on the show grounds, or in transit to or from the show. Andfurthermore assumes no responsibility for injury to children.

Parents are solely responsible for their children, and are expected to keep them supervisedand controlled at all times for their own safety.

REQUIREMENTS & CLASSIFICATION

Open to all Boxers 6 months of age and under 18 months of age on the day of the show.Entrants may be shown by owners or agents and can be a Champions of Record as of thedate of closing. Al l entries must be entered in a Regular Class in th is Show.

Entry fee is $17.00 for each Boxer entered in Sweepstakes and is in addition to the entryfee for the Regular Classes. Enter in writing "Sweepstakes" under Additional Classes onentry form, including additional fee.

NON-REGULAR CLASSES - Involving Single Dog Entries

VETERAN DOG CLASS - A class for Dogs seven (_7_) years and olderVETERAN BITCH CLASS - A class for Bitches seven (_7_) years and older

BEST OF BREED COMPETITION Effective for all shows held on or after July 1, 1980, dogs which according to their owner's records have

completed the requirements for a Championship after the Closing of Entries for this show, but whose

Championships are unconfirmed, may be transferred from one of the Regular Classes to the Best of Breed

or Variety Competit ion, provided this transfer is made by the Show Secretary at least one-hour prior to the

start of the judging at this show. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 6)

BEST PUPPY IN REGULAR CLASSES For first place winners in the regular puppy classes - (6-9) dog & bitch and (9-12) dog &bitch. Best Puppy Competition will follow Best of Breed and will be before Stud Dog Class.

NON-REGULAR CLASSES - Involving Multiple dog Entries

STUD DOG CLASS - For Stud Dogs with two and not more than four of his Get. Owners ofthe Stud Dog need not necessarily be owners of the Get. Get must be entered in anotherclass in this show. Stud Dog must be entered in the Stud Dog Class and shown in the ringwith his Get. The merits of the Stud Dog are not to be considered in the placement of theentry. The class will be judged on the merits of the Get. Stud Dog must be examined todetermine if it has a condition that would require its disqualifications of excusal under theDog Show Rules.

BROOD BITCH CLASS - Same as the Stud Dog except substitute Brood Bitch for StudDog and Produce for Get.

Note: Chapter 11 Section 8 of The Dog Show Rules provide t hat castrated males are al lowed to be

entered as the Stud Dog and spayed females are allowed to be entered as the Brood Bitch.

BRACE CLASS - For two dogs of the same breed with identical ownership. Dogscomprising a Brace must be named at the time of entry. In making entries for “brace classonly”, full particulars must be given on an Official AKC Entry Form. If the dog is entered inanother class, Brace must be marked as an “additional c lass”.

Note: As the judges decision in the Stud Dog, Brood Bitch & Brace classes is based upon the merits of

more than one dog or bitch, no one of the dogs or bitches making up the entry judged f irst in these classes

will be eligible to compete for Best of breed by virtue of having won in these classes.

BRED-BY-EXHIBITOR CLASS ELIGIBILITY - All dogs entered in the Bred-By-Class mustbe individually registered with the AKC. The person handling the dog must be a breeder ofrecord of the dog ans an owner of record of the dog. To exhibit in class, family membersmust be a breeder and owner record.

Each dog handled in a regular Junior Showmanship Class must be entered and shown in one of the breed

or obedience classes at the show, or must be entered for Junior Showmanship only. However, a dog that must

be withdraw n for good and sufficie nt reason , such as a bitch in sea son, o f a veterinarian's excuse, may be

replaced by another dog meeting the below ownership requirements. Such substi tut ion must be reque sted in

writ ing stat ing the reason for the substitution and m ust be ac comp anied by an official AKC entry form. All such

requests must be made one half hour prior to the judging of any regular classes at the show. Each dog must

be owned , co-owne d by the Jun ior Handler or Junior Hand ler's father, m other, brothe r, sister, uncle, a unt,

grandfath er, grandmother, including the corresponding step and half relat ions. Every dog entered for Junior

Show man ship mus t be eligib le to com pete in Dog Shows or in Obed ience Tr ials . B ITCHES IN SEASON ARE

NOT ELIGIBLE. At a Specialty show, each dog must be of the breed for which the show is held.

A dog that been excused or disqualif ied by a breed judge or by a Bench Show Committee may st i ll be

handled in Junio r Show man ship if el igible to compete in Obedience trials. A dog that has been rejected,

dismissed or excused by the veterinarian for the protection of the other dogs at the show or for the protection

of the dog excused, may not be handled in Junior Showmanship.
