All personnel, especially the senior managers and staff should make themselvesfamiliar with the content and work hard to put the system into effect.

The HSE-MS describes how HSE is managed in BPC, and includes how BPCmanages its sub-contractors and suppliers. BPC system is designed to link withclient and other HSE management systems, and BPC realizes the need for all thesystems to work together to manage each separate project.

Sub-contractors are expected to have their own HSE-MS, and BPC HSE-MSprovides links to ensure that all companies on a contract can work together . If asub-contractor has no HSE-MS, then BPC will manage that operation in the sameway as its own.

It is certain that projects can only be completed successfully if all companies worktogether.
