FROM THE PRINCIPAL’S DESK
One cannot achieve the desired result by merely introducing the Management & IT
Courses in the Institutes of Management & Technology. It is the bounden duty of these
Institutions to ensure peerless performance across various parameters as diverse as academic
excellence, students’ engagement activities, infrastructure, best pedagogical system amongst
others. Further, there should be commitment, devotion and dedication on all the stakeholders
of these institutions to achieve continuous improvement and innovation in pedagogy especially
through tailor-made curriculum. In other words, the students should not just pursue academics,
but they should undergo a holistic development through exclusive Personality Development
Programmes, Soft Skills Training, Stress Management, Negotiation Skills, Exposure to
Industrial Tours, Study Tours etc. to meet the real challenges of contemporary professional
world.
On the other side, in these hard days of generating employment, these institutions
should also pave way and guide the students to become Entrepreneurs through top level
organisations’ Innovative Incubators and their Incubation Services like formation of company,
building technology, support to develop infrastructure, mentoring by top notch industry and
business professionals and leaders etc. which would indeed make the students to realize and
meet their entrepreneurial aspirations, besides enabling them to flourish manifold in the
competitive global business environment.
No doubt, BPIBS always ensure that no dreams of its students remain unfulfilled by
extending all the above said requirements and facilities including wi-fi system in the Institute,
automated library with a subscription to number of e-journals, multi-purpose hall/conference
hall at par with international standards, besides excellent teaching-learning ambience with a
dedicated team of faculty members to mould the students themselves as Ready-To-Work-
Executives when they join their respective Jobs.
Coinciding with the above said few lines, I am immensely pleased to bring out this
informative BPIBS-INSIGHT-2016 – the Annual Magazine of BPIBS disseminating its various
information, activities, achievements etc. during the year gone-by which, I fervently feel, would
be quite interesting to read by one and all. I extend my Best Wishes to all the Members of
BPIBS Family.
