FEATURES

• Fully automatic submerged arc

process is used to manufacture

membrane-type waterwalls and

backpass panels, welding both sides

of the panel. Panel offsets and inserts

of any configuration are possible.

• Superheaters of any configurationand any code-approved material can

be provided, including necessary

bend configurations (hot or cold)

with appropriate preheating/

stress relieving.

• Reheaters, original design or

complete redesign, are available,

including improved support designs.

specifically for all applications,

considering type of fuel, fouling

characteristics, and installation

location. A wide variety of different

surfaces and arrangements are

available including bare tube,

continuous spiral fin, staggered

or in-line, as well as steel “H” fin

and cast-iron designs.

• Replacement headers, fully drilled,

machined, tested and stress relieved

can be provided for waterwalls,

superheaters, reheaters, economizers,

and other similar applications.

• Individual tubes, either straight or

bent, are also included in BPSG’s

portfolio of replacement pressure

parts.

• Automated tube weld overlay

available in-house.

• Steam and water drums of all types

and sizes are available, as well as a

full range of drum internals.
