BOHM PLAST-TECHNIK a.s. (BPT) was founded in 1991 in Ceska Trebova, Czech Republic. Working closely with “Tier 1” suppliers to the world’s

largest automotive companies, BPT has implemented the necessary systems and procedures associated with the demands and standards

expected by the automotive industry. Our quality assurance team is fully conversant with the inspection standards of the strict tolerance

manufacturing. We supply a wide range of products to our automotive customers across Europe and the World.

BPT is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, as well as ISO 14001:2005 Environment Management System, ISO

50001:2012 Energy Management System, VDA 6.1:2016 Quality Management System, and is experienced in handling manufacturing contracts on

behalf of its customers from design/prototype stage to full production.

We do precised mould injection of technical parts forautomotive, electronics, radio communications and otherindustries. We use 19 injection moulding machines fromvarious world brands, mainly from the ENGEL and DEMAGbrand, with clamping forces ranging from 120 tones up to1500 tons.

In addition, we utilize the MOTAN and PIOVAN driers withpre-dried.

preparing production areas for Assembling and Sub-

Assembling of customer products. Our in-house

production engineering team of highly skilled mechanical,

electrical, electronic and software engineers is engaged

in the development of equipment to improve productivity

and implement new products. BPT will give you the

customer quality products produced in an efficient, cost

effective process.
