Introduction of Bradford: Bradford Project is the analysis of Bradford calculation for all sick leaves on quarterly basis to know the analysis of unplanned leave and impact on organization day to day activity. Below four leaves from Bayanati System have been considered for Bradford calculation. How Do I calculate the Bradford Factor? The Bradford factor is calculated using the Bradford Formula S2 x D = B S is the total number of separate absences by an individual D is the total number of days of absence of that individual B is the Bradford Factor score

Bradford Components: There are different sets of users like HR people, supervisor and Employee who are going to use this analysis. For different set of user, different components are available. For HR Users: 1. Discoverer reports for HR people for periodic analysis of Bradford 2. Pop-up Message to HR people while entering the leave in Core HR. For Supervisor: 1.Show Bradford analysis as read only information when supervisor is approving leave information (SSHR) 2. Show Bradford analysis as read only information when supervisor is giving final rating to employee in Performance Management System (PMS) For Employee: 1.Show Bradford analysis as read only information when employee submit leave request using Self-service.
