How did they set it up
1 plateform : only 1 Wiz is necessary to collect and rank proposals
1 administrator to display the instructions and moderate new proposals
1 selection comity to explore posted proposals and their popularity
Participants connected remotely on their computer (or on their smartphone/tablet)
4
Collect proposals
‣ Set up reactions so the participants can
choose only between :
‣ Post proposals in the stream to avoid the
« white page » syndrome and trigger
participation
TIPS
• During 1 or 2 weeks : platform opened to the collaborators
• Display a slide to explain how to participate
• Collect proposals ranked by the participants themselves
• Know your participants by launching a vote which will allow to divide participants by service/department
5
Select proposals
• Once the meeting time is up, post a closing message in the stream
and activate moderation so you do not receive messages in the
stream anymore
• Display this message of thanks as a pop up on all different
interfaces to thank everyone and end the session
• To take the final decision, export all the proposals in an Excel sheet,
you can then easily filter the proposals by popularity
‣ Once the brainstorming is closed, tell the
participants that you will get back to them
to communicate the final results
‣ Be transparent and inform the participants
that a selection comity will take the final
decision based on the global participation
TIPS

Analyse the participation
• In the Analyse view, participation statistics will give you the first
elements to sum up what happened on your Wiz
• Divide the participation to show where the ideas come from
• Highlight the webcast’s results, share the activity report of your
brainstorming with your participants. They can find the key data of
this event anytime
‣ The division of proposals is made thanks to
the vote you did before the brainstorming
‣ You may share the activity report on your
