Design BuildBellPro Architectural welcomes the opportunity to work with architects, estimators, andproject managers to fill in the gaps between the budgeting process and install. Each andevery project has its own unique site conditions, which makes it difficult to use “one sizefits all” systems. We take pride in spending the time with our partners to help eliminateon-site issues. It is often far less expensive to take a couple extra steps in the shop thanto give installers the task of “altering” a product in the field.

Shop DrawingsEven the best plan will fail if the team is not given proper direction. BellPro Architecturalhas built an excellent team of drafting experts to ensure the highest level of accuracy.Each set of drawings is confirmed by a team member for accuracy prior to being releasedto the shop. This will also give our clients one last opportunity to confirm their countsand sizes before releasing the project to the shop for fabrication.

SubmittalsSubmittal drawings are the best way ofclearly communicating the final fabricationintent. Upon request, we will happilyprovide a full set of submittal drawings onyour project. This process helps incommunicating with the architect, generalcontractor, or consultant on the project. Afully detailed set of submittal drawings willbring potential issues to the surface beforefabrication begins.

Metal Plate and ACM Panel Fabrication

BellPro Architectural has made a name for itself with our capacity for custommetal fabrication. Our experience with numerous panel systems across themarket, gives us an advantage when dealing with the inevitable site issue.

Metal Plate or ACM Wall Panels:Our panels can be used as part of buildingsRainscreen or glazed into the curtainwall at spandrellocations. Panels are typically fabricated from 1/8”aluminum, but can be constructed from virtually anymetal type or Aluminum Composite Material,specified on your project. Expertly welded andground corners, gives our panels the finished lookdesired by all architects. Panels can be post paintedor anodized to virtually any color.

Custom Metal Plate or ACM Panels:It has become more common to see custommetal plate, and ACM panels, being used in veryinnovative and unique ways. This fact, is thereason why your typical “cookie cutter” systemsare not always the answer on your project. Nosingle system on the market will work in everyarea of a project. This is where BellProArchitectural separates itself from thecompetition. Sunshades and Light ShelvesLight management has become increasingly important in modern architecture.Limiting the amount of direct sunlight an opening takes in, will greatly increase abuildings energy efficiency. The integration of sunshades into the buildingscurtainwall, is an excellent way to help manage unwanted direct sunlight.Sunshades are a beautiful addition to many designs.

BellPro Architectural can work with anycurtainwall manufacturer to assist in integratingall types of sunshades into their system.Varieties include: the common sunshade, whichincludes the use of outriggers and fins to helpblock light. The louver style shade is very similarto the blinds you may find in a home, but areinstead attached to the buildings exterior. SomeLouver style shade systems can also beadjustable; which allows the architect to achieveboth form and function.

All of our paint finishers are “certified applicators” by paint supplier’s such as; PPG,Valspar, Sherwin Williams, and Akzo Nobel.
