Summary:

Small Businesses account for 95% of the U.S economy’s job creation, taxes & stimulation. In 2010 over

500 businesses were reported closed in the state of Georgia as well as over 200 financial institutes.

Between 2006 and 2009 over 14,000 small businesses known as Micro-Businesses rapidly closed. The

outcome left U.S Small Businesses & the economy in challenging times.

In January 2012, the company conducted a online survey to assess the financial and operational

position of Small Businesses. The survey revealed that 72% of the businesses on the Linked-In Social

Network were Small Businesses and 18% of those businesses had less than five employees. The average

annual gross revenue of those micro-businesses participating in the survey was $25,000 with 90% of the

business owners were willing to invest into a product that would help them grow their business. The

results further revealed that 50% of the survey participants felt that having access to contemporary

training would increase their productivity and 55% felt that instructional education about Marketing was

extremely important.

The CEO of Impact Branding Consulting, Inc Ms. Natasha Davis, Branding Strategist, designed the “Brand

Development BootCamp™”in October of 2010. The BootCamp encompasses four (4) modules that cover

key elements that all business owners must know & must apply. The 2 Day Intensive BootCamp is

created to deliver hands-on, interactive & highly effective information geared around getting results.

The delivery of the Bootcamp further positions Impact Branding to accomplish the five business

community impact goals. In February 2012 the Bootcamp Training Program was restructured for greater

effectiveness. Since then, Natasha and the supporting expert facilitators have hosted over 30 successful

BootCamps.

Natasha and her team of facilitators desire to continue significantly impacting economic growth, with

strong development of the small business community and closing the knowledge capital disparity,

globally. Through collaborative partnerships and host organizations, global education of the business

community will be achieved with the “Brand Development Bootcamp”.

Host Organizations are positioned as Bootcamp Training partners where the business community can

conveniently access the Bootcamp Training Program. Host Organizations welcome the training program

to their location and affiliated members as well as the public if desired. Once established as an official

Host Organization, Impact Branding facilitators manage the actual training program and curriculum.

Organizations may access the "Train the Trainer" program where they are taught the program and can

facilitate the Brand Development Bootcamp independently.

The “Brand Development BootCamp™” meets the educational, economical and foundational needs of

the Small Businesses & Independent Entrepreneurs worldwide. This 2 Day Intensive Brand Bootcamp

training program provides company owners with the resources, tools and knowledge required in order

to improve operations, business development, increase client acquisition and revenue margins. Within

an average of 6 months of investing into the Brand Development Bootcamp training program series,

businesses who consistently apply the knowledge learned, are experiencing a minimum of 13% revenue

increases, 6%-10% profit margin improvements and 18-25% increases in client activity. These business

owners are also exhibiting improved time management, operations, community involvement, business

development, financial management & a significant reduction in wasted resources.

clothing, books, book bags, money and household items for daily living.

Financial Forecast r/t Purchase Activity:

Using the A-T-A-R model for Purchase Intention, Impact Branding, Inc has forecasted the Bootcamp Tour

Purchase Activity. Impact Branding, Inc has a market potential of 10,600 out of state businesses that

they can access and make aware of the Tour. A 5-point survey will be sent to the 10,600 businesses,

estimating that 2,000 businesses will participate in the survey (Calculations based on this). Of the 2,000

participants, 10% (200) will respond they would “definitely buy” & 40% (720) will respond they would

“probably buy”. Based on typical consumer buying behavior, 70% of the definitely would buy

respondents will actually invest in the BootCamp & 30% of the probably would buy respondents will

actually invest in the BootCamp.
