The Position We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to help us conBnue to build our brand, raise brand awareness and increasing retenBon and return frequency for exisBng and future customers. You’ll work with our talented team to conBnually evolve and refine the characterisBcs that make us unique and communicate those values externally both visually as well as through tradiBonal digital markeBng channels like email, social media, and public relaBons.

Essen%al Job Func%ons – • Analyze brand posiBoning and consumer insights and provide feedback and/or recommendaBons

to the team for how to conBnually improve/elevate the brand • Devise innovaBve growth strategies, demonstraBng ability to map out a comprehensive markeBng

plan. Drive strategies that are proven by tesBng and metrics. • Manage email markeBng channel to include, but not limited to:

o Manage email lists and email campaigns including content & creaBve development, list management, build email content in template, launch campaigns, track, measure and report.

o Collaborate with product and markeBng on campaign calendars o Manage ongoing opBmizaBon of programs by designing and implemenBng comprehensive,

measurable A/B and mulBvariate tesBng plans. o Own process for execuBon and on-Bme delivery of complex, highly dynamic promoBonal

email campaigns. o Provide analyses of email campaigns and recommendaBons for enhancing their

effecBveness. o Partner with product team to improve automaBon and decrease repeBBous, manual

processes. o Monitor, track and report e-mail KPIs (including open rates, conversion etc.) o Develop experimental campaigns to test and measure the effecBveness of new ideas and

iniBaBves. o Work with partners and vendors to execute markeBng components and fulfill contract

requirements. • Work with other team members to ensure cross-channel brand and promoBonal consistency • Work with the founders to idenBfy, instanBate, and manage strategic markeBng partnerships • Responsibility for the creaBon and distribuBon of regularly scheduled press releases to showcase

brand growth and impact • Liaising with the rest of the markeBng team to create and coordinate markeBng strategies that

work across different channels • Perform addiBonal duBes as assigned

Skills Needed: 1. Graphic Design/photoshop experience a +++ 2. Experience with mulBple email service providers 3. Strong understanding of email workflows and trigger based campaigns 4. A4enBon to detail: managing customer interacBons beyond the iniBal point of contact to ensure

customer saBsfacBon 5. Project OrganizaBon: ability to organize, track, and manage mulBple tasks within each project 6. PosiBve and professional demeanor 7. Flexibility: as a start-up, job duBes will include a li4le bit of everything! We’ll need you to adapt

easily and take on new tasks when needed. 8. Ability to stay focused in a dynamic, ever-changing environment 9. Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie:

content development, creaBon and ediBng of content, and online reputaBon management).

10. The ability to jump from the creaBve side of markeBng to analyBcal side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analyBcally sound

11. Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google AnalyBcs. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social.”
