1. Myers-Briggs – Identifies if you’re an extrovert or an introvert and describes 16 distinctive personality traits.

2. Emergenetics Profile – Measures how people think and behave. Helpful to develop personal strategies.

3. DiSC Profile – Measures attitudes, strengths, and weaknesses. Great for team collaboration assessment.

4. Big Five – Divided into five personality traits: Openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism. Ideal for identifying learning style as well as work preferences.

5. Predictive Index (PI) – Predicts primary personality characteristics. It helps identify your strongest workplace behaviors and determines your management and influence styles.
