OBJECTIVE

I have found a love and passion for making a positive impact for those who are affected by diabetes. I have had an extraordinary group of experiences that have shaped my life story and impact on those affected by diabetes. From professional football, to being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 10, I have found that my life has created an opportunity for a great impact in diabetic communities, and I am interested in pursing this passion.

EXPERIENCE

PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE (DEFENSIVE END IN NFL) 2003-2007

Drafted in 2003 by the Jacksonville Jaguars. ’03-’04 Jacksonville Jaguars, ’05-’06 St. Louis Rams, ’07 Seattle Seahawks. Involved in early patient interaction with local Children’s Hospitals.

ATHLETIC DIRECTOR/ HEAD FOOTBALL COACH/ HEAD OF FACILITIES 2011-PRESENT

Brazos Christian School, Bryan TX (www.bcseagles.org). Developed, Presented, operated budgets in excess of $250,000. Created and Implemented organizational and leadership strategies for athletic programs. Managed and budgeted a multi structure school site in all facilities and maintenance issues.

TEAM BUILDING AND ROPES CORSE CERTIFIED LEADER 2008-2009

T-Bar-M Camps Timothy Team , New Braunfels TX (www.tbarmcamps.org). Led Corporate, Athletic, school, and business groups in community dynamics and communication. Created, organized and led group dynamic and ropes course activities.
