Brazing method of joining metals

uses heat and a filler

similar to soldering

Process to BrazingStep 1

filler metal is brought slightly above its melting temp

protected by a flux

Step 2

then flows over the base metal

also called wetting

Step 3

then cooled to join the 2 metals together

A finished brazed product
