BRE Students Winning HKIS Outstanding Final Year Dissertation Awards for Undergraduate Students (2018) In the Outstanding Final Year Dissertation Awards for Undergraduate Students (2018) organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), two alumni of the Department of Building and Real Estate (BRE) of PolyU were rewarded for their final year dissertations announced on 13 December 2018. A total of 1 full-time student and 1 part-time student from the BSc(Hons) in Surveying programme won 2 Second Awards.
