What does our Leadership Development Programme look like?

- Our partnership is rated outstanding by Ofsted. We were judged to be outstanding across all 44 areas

- For our 2014 cohort, 99% received good or outstanding in their QTS

- Current Teach First numbers in South London are over 230 and next year we are expecting 40 – 45 EY teachers

- We have a clear participant support framework to support any teacher across the two years who is struggling with an area of practice.
