Supports over 65s who want to be more active
Monitors weight and physical activity using TV, set top box, scales and pedometer
Pilot in Alston in winter leading to 150 - 250 participants across Cumbria
Partners in France, Netherlands and Spain
AIMS
Improve nutrition
Provide coaching on diet
Monitor weight and exercise
Support people who want to stay independent and healthy
