A pillar of the BREC program, this year’s recital is driven by the theme of Planes, Trains and Automobiles. The repetoire is a fast - paced journey through the ages, expressed through a variety of transport vehicles. Imagine yourself transported through time, riding a horse and buggy or blasting through space on a rocket ship!

This is a fun-filled afternoon of magical music from classical

masterpieces to some well-known favourites that will capture the hearts and minds of children and adults alike.

The Philharmonic South West is a community orchestra based in Bunbury with musicians throughout the region coming together to share their love of music.

The orchestra promotes excellence and innovation in the performance of orchestral music. Its main desire is to enrich the lives of the South West community. Playing in wineries, cathedrals, halls and theatres, the passionate musicians aim to encourage the audience to make music part of their daily life and enjoy the beauty of classical music.
