PART A. INTRODUCTION & OVERVIEW

BREXIT = BBEXIT = TREXITIS THIS AN EXAMPLE OF THE NEW MATH ? ?

Not Exactly! But it is an example of THE NEW POLITICS!BREXIT: The BRitish EXIT from the European Union. It was occasioned by a vote of the British people, reacting to the ever-growing intrusiveness of the EU political cadre. It was an intrusiveness that Citizens saw as an infringement on their Rights of governance and of the usurpation of these Rights by an Elitist Establishment housed in Brussels, Belgium.

BBEXIT: A Big Brother EXIT. This is an outsider assessment from the view of the American Founders. It salutes a return to the more limited Government responsive to the People, rather that a "Ruling Clique" that is remote from the People and employing their own hunches on what might be best for all concerned .

TREXIT: Tyrannical Rule EXIT, a similarly caustic view of Government-by-"The Establishment" which continually heaps power onto itself while alienating many of those it serves.

So in this mode of thought, BREXIT is a pathway that offers promise of a return to the elements that will enable America to regain its greatness. A related cloud of words is shown at above right. More thoughts follow on this

Part A -TYPICAL TEXT-type PPT chartOf course, we've heard the cries: Bigotry! Nativism! Racism! That's what elites in Britain, Europe and here in America have been citing, as explanations for why 52 percent of a higher-than-general-election turnout of British voters, voted for their Nation to leave the European Union. But Voters not only voiced, but expressed their actions, in opposition, despite major Party Leaders, the Bank of England and City of London financiers and CEOs counseling them that "British Exit" would incur nationwide economical penalties. Many "EXIT" voters were likely influenced by the many Elitist experts who have long predicted that the Euro would be a great success. However, it was also known to many, that few of the elites predicted the financial crisis of 2008. And so, the record of transnational elites is not one that inspires universal confidence. But there is plenty of bigotry, condescension and snobbery in the accusations of the "NO BREXIT" people making them. Moreover, the incoherent claim, as some assert, that it's undemocratic for Voters to decide the issue is simply a philosophy that many Citizens refuse to tolerate. Of course, the whole thread amounts to saying that ordinary people should be content to be ruled by their "betters".

In this article, we'll explore some recent examples of Government by the theories of: Multi-Culturism (MC) and Political Correctness (PC). We'll note the immigration onslaughts and theTerrorism Actions in the name of MC; together with government favoritism of specific population segments (and even, specific individuals) - - all in the name of PC. The arguments to be presented will lead to a SUPREME LESSON on Governance: CITIZENS MUST ACTIVELY STAY IN CHARGE OF THEIR GOVERNANCE.

PART A. INTRODUCTION & OVERVIEW

Page 3: BREXIT - A TALE OF 2 OPPOSING BELIEFS

Part B - A FEW SAD EXAMPLES OF AMERICA'S NEW POLITICS B.1 For many decades prior to the current birthing of the digital age, American governance was advancing in the direction of more centralization. This was despite the wise advice of our Founders, who set in motion a government of limited powers and multiple checks and balances to assure that citizen Rights not be diluted or even boldly trampled. Nevertheless after emerging as a super power following 2 World Wars. America’s economic growth was buoyed by the tide of global leadership that had been earned by the valor of our Military and the integrity displayed by much of the associated political Leadership. But some of these good and generous instincts became pushed too far with a growing philosophy of POLITICAL CORRECTNESS and the ignoring of the Founders’ principles.

Citizens earning their way gave rise to the worship of “wealth transfer”. While most Americans believe in charitable offerings to the truly Needy - - the idea of meritorious effort giving way to sloth and acceptance of the “government dole” - - led to resentment and decreased national productivity. After all, isn’t the sitting around of even one potentially productive Citizen a recipe for less National output? Shouldn’t all able-bodied Citizens of sound mind be part of a Nation which seeks continual betterment for its descendants? A Nation which blissfully welcomes unnecessary “shirking" of national upkeep must surely expect to share future loss of total National output.

Part B - A FEW SAD EXAMPLES OF AMERICA'S NEW POLITICS

In recent years, the Progressives have added another arrow to their quiver: MULTI-CULTURALISM. Like PC, MC rests on some idealistic, but often impractical, hopes. The MC flaw is rooted in the fact that all Nations and cultures are NOT EQUAL and some are quite aligned with the defects that our Founders fought against and applied lasting and foundational protections to counter. So, has the PC, MC life design led the way to:

• Betterment? No. • Broader National happiness? No. • Reward for Merit? No. • Global Leadership? No!

Rather it is the development of large government, with more and more costly regulations, significant government waste, a large % of unproductive Citizens, and: an America that is slowly ceding leadership to other nations. Thus, in a remarkable twist of history - - America led the way to freedom in 1776 - - and now the British electorate has, some 240 years later, illuminated the way for America to curtail the Progressive skirmishes into a lifestyle foreign to the majority of loyal, believing Americans. Thus, the BREXIT Lesson: de-throne the current "Establishment" and demand a government more tuned to the People.

Part B - A FEW SAD EXAMPLES OF AMERICA'S NEW POLITICS

Now we turn to 3 specific, very recent Examples.EXAMPLE #1 - BIG GOVERNMENT WASTE

This example is well illustrated in the following, somewhat humorous, but data-driven video clip. Now, although the portrayal of the facts is shown in mockery, the facts themselves are simply sad and an indictment of slipshod, disconcerting governance.

If you "FOLLOW THE MONEY" (in this case our American Debt), does this help explain why America has become very divided over budgetary and many economic matters? (see chart at right)

Suppose you owned a relatively new start up business. You borrowed funds from many sources to launch your enterprise. Now your getting inquiries about some of your decisions. Do your international lenders share your goals better than the money borrowed from state or several federal government groups? What about other private investors - - what's their view? Are you now incentivized to try to pay down your debt and steer the ship yourself? Very likely, you should be! Because letting your debt continue to escalate is a recipe for even more external (and divided) advice. Is that why America has become more divisive?

Page 6: BREXIT - A TALE OF 2 OPPOSING BELIEFS

EXAMPLE #2 - INEFFECTIVE GOVERNMENT WILL COST AMERICAN LIVES - - AS RECENTLY, IN ISTANBUL

In 1968, British Member of Parliament , Enoch Powell, cautioned the public about unrestricted immigration and its tendency to distort the values of governance that the British had initiated under the Magna Carta. Powell was not working from bias - - stipulating that a 1% immigration quota was reasonable . . . but a 10% was problematic.

Very recent news from Turkey highlights new concrete barriers which have been erected on roads leading to the domestic and international flights terminals at Istanbul Atatürk Airport, in Turkey. The barriers are part of new measures taken after the terror attack at that airport claimed 45 lives on June 28, 2016. These measures were brought forth at the city’s largest airport after three suspected Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) militants stormed its terminals, shooting at people with Kalashnikovs and later blowing themselves up. The relation to BREXIT may be a little closer than many realize. After becoming one of the first members of the Council of Europe in 1949, Turkey became an associate member of the EEC in 1963, joined the EU Customs Union in 1995 and started full membership negotiations with the European Union in 2005. The rise of these ISIS attacks has reinforced a focus on immigration policies, which many believe played a role in the BREXIT vote. Moreover, repercussions to America follow from the reduction of our Defense budget in recent years. Our PC community would like, simultaneously, for America to reduce its spending on the Military, yet open our borders to immigrants, about which little security vetting has been undertaken. So, is one of America's airports next on the list?

EXAMPLE #2 - INEFFECTIVE GOVERNMENT WILL COST AMERICAN LIVES - - e.g., ISTANBUL AIRPORT

Rob O'Neill, generally credited as the American soldier who killed Usama Bin Laden, offered some thoughts recently on the FOX and Friends TV show, a video clip of which follows.

As may be noted in Rob's interview discussion, safety of the American People is not that far removed from those losing their lives at Ataturk. But in whose minds does our own safety most prominently reside? Well, in our own minds, of course. That is why A GOVERNANCE OF, BY and FOR THE PEOPLE had a prominent place in the minds of our Founders and many who followed. And it's why a government run by those highly responsive to Citizen Choice is a crucial element of our future. Moreover, it's why Multi-Culturalism is a seriously flawed route to a better future.

Here's the Rob O'Neill video interview:

Part B - A FEW SAD EXAMPLES OF AMERICA'S NEW POLITICS

Five years ago, Rob O’Neill was eating a sandwich watching television at Bagram Airfield. Usama bin Laden’s dead body lay on a table next to him. O’Neill was the reason bin Laden lay lifeless on that table May 1, 2011. He explained the details of the death of the world’s most notorious terrorist in a matter-of-fact manner years later to relatives of 9/11 victims. “I explained how I went into a room and I saw him and he was standing 3 feet in front of me and he was a threat and I shot him,” O’Neill said.

EXAMPLE #3 - THE HILLARY CLINTON EMAIL IMBROGLIO

On Thursday July 7, 2016 Republican Legislators questioned FBI Director James B. Comey concerning Hillary Clinton’s legal usage of a private email server while she was Secretary of State. This followed Comey’s clearing Clinton of any official wrongdoing, on the prior day. There is a likelihood that the matter will be pursued further in the political realm in future weeks. In the Thursday Hearing, Republicans questioned Director Comey on his decision and whether Clinton’s Presidential candidacy was being given an elevated, deferential status that the average American would not get. “We’re mystified and confused by the fact pattern that you laid out and the conclusions that you reached,” Committee Chairman Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) told Comey. “It seems that there are two standards, and there’s no consequence for these types of activities and dealing in a careless way with classified information. It seems to a lot of us that the Average Joe, the average American, that if they had done what you laid out in your statement, that they’d be in handcuffs.”

Part B - A FEW SAD EXAMPLES OF AMERICA'S NEW POLITICS

Page 9: BREXIT - A TALE OF 2 OPPOSING BELIEFS

EXAMPLE #3 - THE HILLARY CLINTON EMAIL IMBROGLIO (cont'd) Comey’s reply indicated he believed Clinton was “extremely careless; I think she was negligent,” but investigators did not find evidence that Clinton intended to do wrong with her email setup. Comey’s specific wording attracted some attention. Many have referenced the Espionage Act that allows for prosecutions of those who, through “gross negligence,” let classified information “be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed.” Comey’s description of “extremely careless” was asserted to be equivalent to the legal requirement of “gross negligence”.

Does America have a government that treats some People as above the law? Would any American who had signed clearance forms and been given a high security clearance, be allowed to retain such a clearance if found "extremely careless"? Moreover, should a former Secretary of State, deemed careless in presumably handling her clearance to the top stratagems of the Nation - - misuse of which could cost America greatly in lives and damage - - be qualified to be an eligible candidate for the American Presidency?

One ray of hope came in an exchange with Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah). Chaffetz asked whether the FBI had specifically investigated Clinton’s previous statements to Congress on this same issue. Comey responded that to open a criminal investigation, he would need a referral from Congress. “You’ll have one; you’ll have one in the next few hours,” Chaffetz said.

Page 10: BREXIT - A TALE OF 2 OPPOSING BELIEFS

Part A -TYPICAL TEXT-type PPT chartA fundamental change in global societies is taking place. The British People, in forcing the BREXIT vote, are an illustration of that. American politics in the past year is also demonstrative. Citizens in the U.S.A. are developing a distaste for the Establishment politicians who have lost respect for the American Constitution which expresses a profound deference for the role of Citizens in governance. A likely driver in this role rediscovery is the digital technology which is enhancing conversation amongst Citizens and Citizen groups. The enhancement arises because of the convenience and low cost that the internet and our communication media have brought about. Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, YouTube, are just a few of the names which today are known to multitudes - - but 3-4 decades ago were just in their infancy.

Part C - SOME KEY SOLUTION ELEMENTS

Page 11: BREXIT - A TALE OF 2 OPPOSING BELIEFS

However, in the light of day, strengthened by the new “Digital Age”, much of the fog of some preceding times has given way to clearer visibility and more astute realization of what is going on. More are becoming aware of “Power Elites” who believe THEY alone know what’s best for their neighbors and the Nation as a whole. More broadly, realization has occurred that many of the “Power Elites” have grown rich at the expense of their neighbors. Moreover, in so doing, their politics has also inserted "Progressive Theory” as a substitute for solid planning, data validation, objective measurement of results; etc. But Progressivism should only be seen for what it is: abandonment of the wisdom of the Founders in exchange for a Vague, Foolish, Unfair and ultimately, Corrupt program. Hopefully, Progressivism is reaching the end of its journey. There is recent evidence that voters often value some things more than just the promise of money.

Lord Ashcroft's post-Brexit poll found that most "EXIT-ers" were motivated by "the principle that decisions about the UK should be taken in the UK." European Union "benefits" such as easier border-crossing travel, and limitless travel within the EU Nation borders are "benefits that are growing less highly valued. Consider further the mixed feelings about Nationalism. To many, not just elites, this has a nasty sound: It sounds like Nazism and is often scorned as such. But Citizens are realizing that there's also a profoundly healthy Nationalism: a belief in one's country and the good things in its heritage. Thus there is becoming a stronger willingness to defend these ideals, if attacked.

Winston Churchill was such a nationalist, in that "finest hour" when Britain stood alone against Hitler. Franklin Roosevelt was a nationalist, too. The biggest applause to his speech to Congress the day after Pearl Harbor was when he said, "the American People" -- not the government, not the military, but the People -- "in their righteous might will win through to absolute victory." And 45 months later, they did. Let's review a few Founders' thoughts.

Part C - SOME KEY SOLUTION ELEMENTS

Page 12: BREXIT - A TALE OF 2 OPPOSING BELIEFS

IN THINKING OF SOLUTIONS TO PRESENT DAY PROBLEMS, IT IS ALWAYS HELPFUL TO SEE WHAT

OUR FOUNDERS THOUGHT.

THEY LIVED IN THE UNIQUE CIRCUMSTANCE WHERE A WISE,

THOUGHTFUL GROUP OF CITIZENS SAW A COMMON ENEMY AND HAD

THE JUDGEMENT TO LISTEN, DISCUSS AND COMPROMISE ON

THE WISEST APPROACH.

NOT A BAD RECIPE FOR A JUST AND CITIZEN-FOCUSED

FORMATION OF RULES TO LIVE BY.

Part C - SOME KEY SOLUTION ELEMENTS

Page 13: BREXIT - A TALE OF 2 OPPOSING BELIEFS

Nationalism sits ill with transnational elites confident that the "arc of history," as Barack Obama says, bends toward greater submergence of national identities to international control: Centralizing power in the hands of well-educated liberal-minded experts "is the wave of the future". But this is a 20th-century, and increasingly obsolete, view. In the industrial age, with its massive factories and masses of workers, centralization seemed inevitable and beneficial. In the information age, when your small phone contains more information than a Carnegie library and performs more functions than a Cold War UNIVAC, centralization blocks creative innovation and adaptive flexibility.

Transnational institutions have plainly failed to inspire the fellowship feeling and genuine enthusiasm that Nations inspire in most people. The EU long since achieved its initial purpose of preventing another European war. But even with an anthem by Beethoven, it has failed to match the feelings of passionate attachment symbolized by the Union Jack or the French tricolor. The Elitists' howls of bigotry and racism aren't accurate descriptions of those who failed to follow their lead. They are simply laments of their own failure to persuade the doubters to do so.

So reviewing some of the key PROBLEM elements touched on so far:

Part C - SOME KEY SOLUTION ELEMENTS

• BIG GOV'T HAS REACHED UNDESIRABLE LEVELS OF INCOMPETENCE AND CORRUPTION. THIS HAS LED TO ESCALATING U.S. DEBT.

• GOVERNMENT, OUT OF POLITICAL CORRECTNESS, (PC), WANTS FEWER BORDER STRUCTURES, DESPITE THE DANGER TO CITIZENS.

• GOVERNMENT HAS ABROGATED POWERS TO ITSELF THAT THE CONSTITUTION RESERVED FOR THE STATES AND THE CITIZENS.

• LIBERALS ARE HOISTING THE FLAG OF MULTI-CULTURISM, SEEKING TO BEQUEATH AMERICAN POWERS TO GROUPS LIKE THE UNITED NATIONS.

• WE HAVE A 10 AMENDMENT "BILL OF RIGHTS" - - WE NOW NEED A NEW 10 AMENDMENT ADDITION.

• IN MANY CASES, THE CITIZENS HAND HAS BEEN WEAKENED AND STRENGTH MUST BE RESTORED.

Page 14: BREXIT - A TALE OF 2 OPPOSING BELIEFS

SO THE PROMISED SOLUTION ELEMENTS CAN BE SUMMARIZED CONCEPTUALLY HERE - - AND THEN MORE SPECIFICALLY ON THE NEXT 2 CHARTS, IN THE FORM OF CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS. YOU SAY "SUCH AMENDMENTS "ARE TO DIFFICULT TO BRING FORTH" ? BUT WHEN CITIZENS CONFRONT: INCOMPETENT GOVERNANCE; MOUNTING DEBT; MORE AGGRESSIVE LETHAL ENEMIES; ETC, HOW CAN ANY CITIZEN REFUSE TO UNDERTAKE SOME EFFORT TO RESOLUTELY FIX THE PROBLEM? SOLUTION ELEMENTS:

Part C - SOME KEY SOLUTION ELEMENTS

REDUCE LEGISLATIVE PRODUCTION; ENSURE CONSTITUTIONALITY; INCREASE CITIZEN'S TIME TO ACCESSNEW LAWS AND REGULATIONS

1

RETHINK ALL GOV'T RULES THAT LIMIT CITIZEN CHOICE AS MADE VIA THEIR WALLET 5

CONGRESS MUST ASSURE CITIZEN ACCESS TO KEY NATIONAL ECONOMIC DATA . . AND MORE 6

GOV'T AND MEDIA WHO PUBLISH NEWS MUST PROVIDE OBJECTIVE INFO OR FORFEIT THE NAME "NEWS" 7

A NEW GOV'T ENTITY, "CITIZENS OVERSIGHT PANEL" (C.O.P) SHALL BE CREATED TO ENHANCE THE CITIZEN-GOVERNMENT INTERFACE

9

THE ENDACTUALLY, IT’S NOT THE END - - YOUR VOICE IS IMPORTANT TO OUR NATION. CITIZEN INTEREST, DIALOG AND DATA ARE CRITICAL TO GOOD CIVIC OUTCOMES. AND THAT INCLUDES OUTCOMES WHICH SIMPLY ASSURE PROPER CONDITIONS FOR THE FREE MARKET TO WORK.

ALL AMERICANS MUST DEMAND THAT THE CONSTITUTION BE 100% ADHERED TO, SO THERE WILL BE A WRITTEN, LEGAL BASIS (RULE OF LAW) FOR ALL AMERICAN GOVERNANCE. PROPERLY APPROVED AMENDMENTS ARE, OF COURSE, ALWAYS APPROPRIATE.
