possible tenant as possible so that they can be assured that their property is in good hands. Any additional information
about yourself that could also be helpful in determining that you would be a great tenant would be appreciated as well.
The other information ( tax forms, check stubs, etc) should be submitted after your offer is accepted.
Applications can be found at Amazonpropertymanagement.com. Credit, employment, rental, and criminal screening will
be performed. The charge for screening is currently $42.00 per applicant over the age of 18. General Requirements
include: 620 credit score and no evictions or bankruptcies within the past 3 years. Some exceptions may apply. All
applications and the Letter of Intent must be fully completed in order for the application to be processed. Once all
completed paperwork has been received by Amazon Property Management, the file will be sent to the landlord for
