Air conditioning systems naturally degrade over the years. The refrigerant gas will slowly leak out of the A/C system approximately 15-20% per year, thereby making your system gradually less efficient until it finally stops working all together.
If you let your A/C system run out of refrigerant and you do not use the A/C for several months the chances are that the internal seals will dry out and could lead to refrigerant leaks once re-gassed and can work out an expensive repair.

part in Schools Tree Day. This year

Tree Day on Friday 26 July, 2013.

supporting National Tree Day for
the past 12 years. This year the
Brian Hilton team proactively got

Wyoming Public School and
assisted students planting native
trees with National Tree Day

Jeans for Genes Day is a national
day when people wear their
jeans to raise much-needed
funds for research into birth
defects and diseases such as
cancer, epilepsy, and a range of
genetic disorders.
On Friday 2nd August Brian
Hilton showed their support. A
sea of denim replaced the usual
attire in a united stance against
childhood disease.

Cheesy Scrambled Egg Croissants
Ingredients:
• 8 large eggs
• 100g grated cheddar
• A splash of milk
• Small bunch of chives, snipped
• 4 large croissants
• Seasoning
Preparation:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, cheddar, milk and some seasoning.
Pour into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously, until
softly scrambled.
Stir in chives, then split open croissants (warm them first if you
have an oven) and put the scrambled eggs inside.
What’s Cooking?Quick & Easy Camping Ideas
Marshmallow & Strawberry KebabsIngredients:
• 20 marshmallows
• 16 strawberries, hulled
• ½ x 397g can Nestlé Carnation Caramel (Use the rest in hot caramel malted milk)
• 4 metal skewers
• Pinch of salt
Preparation:
Thread 4 long metal skewers with 5
marshmallows and 4 hulled strawberries each.
Carefully hold over a campfire or gas stove, turning
slowly, until the marshmallows are toasted. Stir a
pinch of salt into caramel and drizzle over the top.
Sprinkle with hazelnuts or biscuits, if you like. Handle
the skewer with care. The marshmallows will be very hot,
allow cooling for a minute or so before eating.

You do not have to be a four-wheel drive enthusiast to
experience the thrill of off road driving! There are many
exciting four-wheel drive (4WD) destinations along the
coast to take advantage of. If you are planning a 4WD
adventure, you’re going to love the scenic Stockton
Beach!
Located approximately 100km north of the Central
Coast, Stockton Beach is on the list of top 20 must drive
4WD tracks. A stretch of 32km beautiful sand, vehicle
entry to the beach is via Lavis Lane in Williamtown or
Gan Gan Road in Anna Bay where you can enjoy a
scenic drive close to the water, covered with sand
dunes. Ensure a permit is obtained for driving on the
beach which are available in the vicinity from multiple
outlets for as little as $10.
Enjoy beach fishing, whale watching, sliding down the
massive sand dunes and a taste of history, as you view
shipwrecks along the coastline up to 200 years old and
aircraft wreckages from World War II. Exhausted from
the day’s activities? The beach is a popular camping
area; camp overnight and make a weekend of it!
Be sure to check with changing winds and weather
conditions, the sand on Stockton Beach varies from
hard to soft packed. A key to driving on beach sand is
maintaining momentum and having tyres roll over the
top of the sand. If the sand is soft, keep the power on
to avoid digging in or stalling. Avoid violent or sudden
moves on the steering wheel; a 4WD can topple over -
the straighter the steering the better.
Always carry a recovery kit and check dunes on both
sides before going over the top. Display a tall sand
flag as there can be lots of 4WD traffic on weekends
and holidays. This is one iconic 4WD adventure
guaranteed to excite you!
