BACKGROUND
Prior to starting his consulting practice, Brian was responsible for EMC University -- setting the corporate
direction in the areas of Leadership Development, Talent Management and OD at EMC Corporation. Under his
leadership, EMC University has been recognized for excellence -- including being named Best Overall Corporate
University by Corporate University Xchange.
Brian holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Massachusetts and has earned various
certifications from Columbia University in the fields of HR and Organization Development. In his spare time,
Brian is a professional stand-up comedian and has coached baseball at various levels for over two decades.
