Reviewed all GM design with tool shops and recommended any changes deemed necessary for best tooling conditions and part stability. BMW - X3/X4/X5/X6 - Life Cycle Improvements - Door Trim Panels, cut & sew Leather wrapped finish: Assumed lead design responsibilities from our Germany engineering group and oversaw all changes to be made in manufacturing and assembly. Worked with BMW &DAA manufacturing to coordinate all engineering changes/improvements. Worked down in Duncan, South Carolina facility along with DAA plant personnel to help establish new assembly sequences and help troubleshoot/root cause potential or current part/manufacturing/assembly issues to better fit, finish and function of door trim panels at OEM during final installation in vehicle.

Sr. Designer – UGNX - 12/2010 – 7/2011 GM VEC / RCO Eng. Inc., Warren, MI.

2014 P1LL Cadillac XTS I/P program. Performed engineering/design changes on various I/P components per GM DRE request when needed to create a more stabile better fitting component for assembly.

Sr. Designer – UGNX - 6/2010 – 12/2010 Waltonen Eng. Inc., Warren, MI.

General Dynamics Landing Systems - DVH Stryker Program. Worked with GDLS engineering on multiple variants of 8-wheel all terrain military vehicle. Created packaging studies for each variant to include Armor Plating/Defense systems for exterior of vehicles. Worked with Assemblies and sub-assemblies on a daily bases packing many different components for each variant.

CDL – Class "A" Commercial Truck Driver - 1/2010 - 6/2010

Transported/Delivered a variety of products and goods throughout the U.S. and mostly Canada.

Project Engineer – UGNX Commercial Vehicle Division (Composites) - 12/2004 – 6/2009 Meridian Automotive Systems, Allen Park, MI.

Freightliner and Sterling Commercial Truck Hood components & Hood Asm/Composite Cab Panels: Worked on several part to print programs with OEM. Responsible to guide OEM to make sure components were designed to Meridian's best practices and specifications for SMC Material. Weekly design reviews with OEM to make sure LOP's were up to date and everything was on schedule for program launch. Followed parts from initial concept early on phase all the way through to launch. Responsibilities included timing and budgets for entire program, PO's to kick off tool shops, tooling budgets and timing, ordering of material when tools are completed to complete first shot trials, Hood Asm first builds, etc.

Sr. Designer – UGNX - Consumer Industrial Division (Composites) – 2/2002 – 12/2004 Meridian Automotive Systems, Dearborn, MI.

Design and development of Lasco Bathware/Trane Heating and Cooling Components. Worked with customers to design and develop products to customer's specifications/requirements and Meridians material specifications and best practices for SMC. Lasco components developed include various sizes of Shower Bases, Wall Panels and full size Bath Tub. Trane components developed were a variety of sized Air Conditioning Bases for both Commercial and Residential units.

Sr. Designer – PDGS/UGNX – Interiors/Exteriors Division – 3/1996 – 2/2002 Meridian Automotive Systems, Madison Heights, MI.

GM Garnish/ Pillar Program (PDGS). Responsible for all continuous engineering change required per GM's request. GMT800 Running Boards: (UGNX) Worked with GM to develop composite concept for new MY running boards. Concept included Thermal plastic Top Cover, Composite Running board and Steel brackets to install asm to vehicle for final installation on vehicle.

Design Responsible (PDGS) for Mercury Grand Marquis Grille Opening Reinforcement. Worked daily with Ford engineering to develop composite GOR component.

Sr. Designer – PDGS – 9/1992 – 3/1996 Hollowell Eng. Inc., Dearborn, MI.

Ford Advanced Engineering Engine/Chassis group. Advanced development of Ford Engine Mounting Systems. Packaging and master sections of all components in engine mount area.

GM Door Trim Panel Continuous Engineering group. Performed design/engineering modifications per GM engineering's request.
