1. All Teams, especially outstation teams, are advised to send their entries well in advance by post, along with entry fees, to the Organizing Secretary.
th2. Closing time for Match Point Pairs entries is 14.00 on Sunday 26 March 2017.
3. Participating players are required to take their seats as per the program; failure to do so will result in automatic mandatory penalty of 0.5 VP and 1 VP on subsequent defaults.
4. Displaying two copies of convention cards at the table is compulsory.
5. Tea / Coffee, snacks during scheduled breaks, will be provided on the house. No catering service at the playing tables is allowed. Breakfast and Lunch will also be served.

Explanation of KO logic Upper half teams losing just 1 KO or Lower half team winning all KO matches canreach the FinalUpper half team winning Three KO match is seeded to Final after KO3Upper half teams losing Two matches get eliminatedLower half teams losing One KO match gest eliminated
The top Seed team will play the lowest seed team for every Knock out Match.
Seeding will be based on Master points and will be announced at the start of
the event. Original seeding remain effective for draw within the half and after
both the halves are merged. SCOC will dene the seeding methods
Single Occupancy Rs.4000/- per day
Double Occupancy Rs.4300/- per day
Triple occupancy Rs.5600/- per day
Quadruplet occupancy Rs.6500/- per day
It is advised to all participant to stay at the venue.
