at 7pm.

Minutes of the previous meeting
The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed as a correct record.
Matters arising
Ray Gibbs had contacted the Crusaders After Schools Club and the grant
application had now been successfully pooled. There was no further news
about St Michael's Scouts.
An email had been sent re the Nine Locks Sotokan Club asking for clarity
on the details of their bid. No response had been received.
Grant applications
No new grant applications had been received since the last meeting. It
was agreed that should any be received prior to our next meeting thesewould be circulated to the panel for consideration.
Action Plan
Brierley Hill Community Forum had produced a list of contacts several
years ago. A copy of the contacts had been circulated at the meeting andvia email. It was clear that a number of contacts were now out of date
and there was some question about whether the groups still existed. Itwas agreed that all would look at this prior to the next meeting and let TS
have any contacts/new contacts if that the panel members were awareof. This could then serve as a basis for further consultation.
A trawl had been done of local plans which were already in
existence. Unfortunately it appeared that a great deal of information hadbeen lost when the Neighbourhood Renewal team had been wound
down. The Brierley Hill Area Action plan had local targets with respect to

the physical regeneration of the town. The Community Plan was a
borough wide document and, although there are references to Brierley Hill
within it, there was little of specific value. The Brierleyhillness project had
done specific work which had focused on the town centre.
Dudley Community Partnership had worked with DCVS to look at issues
within the Brockmoor and Pensnett wards. TS gave an update on the work
in that area which provided some interesting insights and it was agreedthat the issues were likely to be similar within Brierley Hill ward. It was
agreed that TS would ask Bridget Brickley for further information on this
project to see if there was anything we could adapt.
It was agreed to have this item on our next agenda. The deadline for
completion of the plan is 31st March 2013.
