Mekong Seafood Connection (MEKSEA) was set up in 2010 in the knowledge that Vietnamese seafood though among the top richest sources still has not made its name popularly known for the variety and quality to consumers worldwide.

We understand the shortest way to get Vietnamese seafood to the top ranks of the world is through the connection of various strengths from individual, capable producers by international standards and strictest control on quality and sustainability. On top of that is the commitment to more and more pro-fessional services so that customers from any corner of the world could put their trust into each order they place.

After the years of driving Mekong Seafood Connection in that direction, we are now proud that MEK-SEA has been gradually gaining its name as a top prestige distributor in Vietnam having full manufac-ture cooperation with more than 50 most competent factories located across di�erent material areas throughout Vietnam producing a full range of seafood to export to over 80 markets in the world.

Desde el primero momento

Mekong Seafood Connection fue fundada en 2010 por el Señor Van Duy Hoang, quien nació en un pequeño y pobre pueblo pesquero, dónde fue testigo de la dura vida de sus padres y hermanos, junto con otros pescado-res de la industria de acuicultura y pesca en Vietnam. Pronto se dio cuenta que Vietnam es el país poseyendo el recurso pesquero muy rico. Sin embargo, no está conocido de la variedad y la calidad por los consumidores mundiales.

Servicios de inspección de MEKSEA

Mekong Seafood Connection estaría encantado de proporcionar a ustedes nuestro independiente servicio de todos los tipos de mariscos incluyendo Panga, Camarón, Tilapia, Calamar, Pulpo, Tuna y ect. Hacemos completa-mente tres etapas de inspección llamadas: Inspección de pre-embarque y Supervisión de carga e Inspección durante el proceso de producción.

Examinamos estrictamente en base de estándar de cada producto durante la inspección:

· Apariencia: Apariencia general – Color - Olor – Sabor – Textura – Forma – Uniformidad.

· Peso: Peso bruto – Peso en paquete – Peso neto – Peso neto incluyendo Vibrio – peso neto agotado.

· Glaseo: Porcentaje de glaseo en base de contrato – Glaseo protector – Porcentaje excedido de glaseo.

· Cálculo: Número de trozos per unidad de embalaje – Peso de cada trozo.

· Embalaje: Tamaño - Información – Color – Calidad · Las pruebas sensoriales: Probando a mano, oler, cocer al vapor el producto y degustar los productos.

· Las pruebas sensoriales: Tacto – Olfato – Sabor – Cocinar y probar las muestras.

· Defectos: Tamaño demasiado pequeño – Tamaño demasiado grande – Roto – Blando – Dañado – Problemas durante el envío, ect.

Alternativamente podemos realizar la inspección a las mercancías de acuerdo

que está lanchando usted.

Mekong Seafood Connection Co. has the honor of providing you with our in-dependent inspection services for seafood of all kinds including Pangasius, Shrimp, Tilapia, Squid, Octopus, Tuna and other Seafood. We completely cover

-ing supervision and Inspection during the whole production.

The inspection shall be strictly carried out based on basic standards of each item:

· Appearance: General Appearance – Color – Smell – Taste – Texture – Shape – Uniformity

· Weight: Gross weight – Package weight – Net weight including glazing– Drained net weight

· Glazing: Glazing percent as the agreement – Protective glazing - Exceeded glazing percent

· Count: Number of pieces per packaging unit – Weight of each piece

· Packing: Dimension – Information – Color – Quality

· Sensory Testing: By Touching – Smelling – Tasting – Cooking and Trying sam-ples

· Defects: Undersized – Oversized – Broken – Mushy – Damaged – Having For-eign Matters, etc.

Our Quality Control Specialists, who are considered among the best ones in Vietnam, have been carefully trained and gained more than 10 years’ experi-

-tions in world leading inspection companies such as Intertek, SGS, etc., which should convince you of their specialized knowledge and skills.

Our specialists will be your representatives in Vietnam working directly with manufacturers in order to ensure that your products are exactly produced according to your requirements. Afterwards, we shall send you an inspection report along with detailed pictures including all the information you need to know about the consignment.
