BackgroundUkpropertyinvesting is a dynamic family owned property

investment company focussed on maximising ROI for its clients through the buying, fixing up and selling of below market value properties

In February 2011 my wife and I moved from London to Bristol to invest full time in property. We have purchased 15 properties for ourselves in the last 18 months

I also own “Creative estate Agents Bristol Ltd” of which Glenn Armstrong , UK property expert and educator, is a business partner and head Franchisor

I’m looking for joint venture partners to finance buy to sell projects and share in the profits
