Scenario 2 – Shipper A withdrawal / Shipper B activity

Effective meter withdrawal

Other Shipper activity (e.g. failed

registration)

1. Transporter identifies meter in situ and Shipper B activity (failed confirmation, registration, meter readings or asset updates to the C&D store).

2. Shipper B contractually responsible for registration to effective withdrawal date or meter fit date.

Scenario 3 – Shipper A withdrawal / Customer activity

Customer signs supply contract or

risks disconnection

4. Transporter contacts customer informing them to obtain a supply contract or they risk being disconnected.
