British Israel Deception ExposedTHE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ALL ISRAEL AND JUDAH. For the help of those who
do not know the names of the 12 sons of JACOB, I shall set out here, a list for further
reference. These 12 sons developed into 12 tribes, called the 12 tribes of ISRAEL.Reuben. Simeon. Levi--Priests. Judah--of whom came the chief ruler. Dan. Naphtali.
Gad. Asher. Issachar. Zebulun. Joseph--received the Birthright. Benjamin. The chief
claim of British Israel is, that because God had promised to bless ISRAEL, that blessingmust come to the 10 tribed KINGDOM, which was called THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL, orALL, ISRAEL. Now, that blessing referred to was the inheritance of the promises which
God had made to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This inheritance was, they claim, for the 10
tribes alone who belonged to the kingdom of the House of Israel, excluding altogether theHOUSE OF JUDAH, over which King David, and his heirs, the TRUE kings of Israel
reigned. God had divided Davids kingdom during the reign of his grandson,
REHOBOAM, making JEROBOAM, a servant of King Solomon, king over 10 tribes,

and keeping only the tribes of JUDAH, and BENJAMIN for the KINGDOM of Judah.
This sounds like strong evidence for those who think the 10 tribes are Britain, because it
would appear that the greater number of tribes made the KINGDOM more powerful, butthat was not the case with the 10 tribes, they became more evil by being separated from
the CHOSEN kingdom, and with God righteousness EXALTETH a nation. Again, British
Israel overlook the main fact, and key to the whole mystery, that ISRAEL is the spiritualname, which God gave Jacob when He RENAMED him ISRAEL, meaning (ruling with
God), therefore, the promises were for the righteous ones ONLY, of all the 12 tribes,
including Judah and Benjamin. The amusing part of this claim is, that the 10 tribedKINGDOM ceased to exist, and knowing that they could not resurrect a descendant of
the last king of THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL, their own extinct kingdom, British Israel
confiscate poor Judahs kingdom, by claiming that Britains kings are heirs to the throne
of David, king of Judah. They try to prove their right to the kingdom of Judah by sayingthat Christ himself said, The Kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a
nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. According to British Israel Jesus spoke those
words to Judah, and Benjamin ONLY, meaning that Their kingdom would be given to the
10 tribes. They are very much mistaken, however, for we are told in 1 Peter 2-9 that theCHURCH is that HOLY NATION, which would bring forth the fruits of righteousness.
The 10 tribes, and the house of Judah also, may still be in this kingdom, by individuallyaccepting Christ as their personal Saviour, and thus becoming a member of the church,
the body of Christ. AS SANDS OF THE SEA FOR MULTITUDE. Another claim is, that
in Britain is seen the fulfilment of the promise to Abraham, that his seed would be as the
sands of the sea for multitude, overlooking the fact that Esaias prophesied concerningISRAEL (Rom. 9-27), Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sands of the
sea for multitude. A REMNANT SHALL BE SAVED. Which means that if only a
remnant will be saved, then numbers do not count with God. Then, in Deut. 10: 22, weread, Thy fathers went down into Egypt, with threescore and ten persons, and NOW the
Lord thy God Hath made thee as the stars of Heaven for multitude. Therefore the promise
made to Abraham, by God, of their great number had been fulfilled long before Britainarrived on the scene, or before there ever was a ten tribed kingdom. Again in Deut. 28:
62, God said, Ye shall be left FEW in number, whereas ye WERE as the stars of heaven
for multitude; because thou wouldst not obey the voice of the Lord thy God. So we seethat if British Israel claim this as one of their marks, then they have yet to be brought
down to the few in number. First, I must point out, that where scripture mentions about
the blessings in store for both houses of Israel, it is to be when our Lord comes back as
their king, and not before. THE BLESSINGS AND CURSINGS OF DEUT. Let us nowlook at Deut. 28: 1 to 14, and see to whom the blessings and curses were spoken. Was it
only to the ten tribes of Israel under Jeroboam, as British Israel would have us believe?
Definitely not. We find that it was during the time of Moses, before ever the 12 tribes hadany king, so therefore spoken to ALL THE 12 TRIBES. This is only an example of how
British Israel take scripture out of its context, and where they see blessings, appropriate
them all for the 10 tribed kingdom (i.e., Britain), but giving all the CURSES to JUDAH.However, we find that these blessings of the first 14 verses were conditional, even if they
were spoken to a great multitude. God said (in verse 1), IF thou shalt hearken diligently
unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to OBSERVE, and DO ALL his commandments. The
Lord will set thee on high ABOVE ALL NATIONS of -the earth. Did they obey?

shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind. Verse 66:
And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee, and thou shalt fear day and night, and have
NO ASSURANCE of thy life. Now that we know these curses were spoken with onebreath to all the tribes of Israel, at the same time, and the blessings being, as we see, only
CONDITIONAL to ALL ISRAEL. I do sincerely ask you British Israelites to wake up.
Do not let the Devil tickle your ears. For he was a past master at quoting scripture, evento Christ himself. The whole 12 tribes are suffering all these terrible things this very day.
BOTH HOUSES OF ISRAEL BEFORE THEIR CAPTIVITY. Just as God had made
only CONDITIONAL promises of blessing to the 12 tribes, in Deut. 28, if they obeyed,likewise He also made only A CONDITIONAL promise of a PERMANENT KINGDOM
to the 10 tribes, after they divided from the kingdom of Judah. The promise to DAVID of
his kingdom, JUDAH, was an everlasting covenant, and could never be altered, but
because the 10 tribes did not fulfil the conditions, God caused their kingdom to cease. Wefind reference to the fact in Hosea 1: 1 to 11. Verse 1: The word of the Lord that came
unto Hosea, Ahaz and Hezekiah (kings of Judah), and in the days of JEROBOAM, the
son of Joash, king of Israel (king of the 10 tribes). Verse 2: The beginning of the word of
the Lord by Hosea. And the Lord said to Hosea: Go, take unto thee a wife of whoredoms:(Why?) for the land hath committed great whoredom, departing from the Lord. Verse 3:
So he went and took Gomer, the daughter of Diblaim; which conceived and bare him ason. Verse 4: And the Lord said unto him: Call his name Jezreel; for yet a little while, and
I will avenge the blood of Jezreel upon the House of Jehu (king of the 10 tribes) and will
cause to CEASE THE KINGDOM of the House of Israel. J. Llewellyn Thomas, F.R.C.S.,
makes a statement in his book (The Assyrian Invasions and Deportations of Israel),saying, that because we read (in Isaiah 7: 8), within three score and five years shall
Ephraim be broken that it be not a people, it means they would no longer be a people in
Palestine. Mr. Thomas is obviously applying this scripture to the 10 tribed KINGDOMreferred to in Hosea 1: 4, which he has no right to do. He also says that the above text
says nothing about the cessation of the kingdom in the land, but only the cessation of the
nation there. Well, I know that when God says, The Kingdom of the House of Israelwould cease, He MEANS the kingdom would cease to be a kingdom, and when God
speaks of EPHRAIM, He is meaning Ephraim and NOT the kingdom of Israel. For
Ephraim was not the kingdom. Now we shall continue with Hosea l: 6: And sheconceived again, and bare a daughter. And God said: Call her name Lo-ruhamah: for I
will no more have mercy upon the House of Israel; but I will utterly take them away. That
is Gods judgement upon the 10 TRIBED KINGDOM, THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL, but
what of THE KINGDOM OF JUDAH? Let us read Verse 7: But I WILL HAVE MERCYupon THE HOUSE OF JUDAH, and will save them by the Lord their God, and will not
save them by bow, nor by sword, nor by battle, etc. Do you notice that only the House of
Judah is mentioned here, and yet we know, that at that time the tribes of Benjamin andLevi were also with Judah. It is because God is speaking only of the two kingdoms, the
House of Israel, and the House of Judah. Therefore, after the House of Israel ceases to be
a kingdom, all tribes will only be recognised in Judah. And how will he save them? ByTHE LORD THEIR GOD, in Jesus (Jehovah is salvation), the direct heir to the throne of
David, of the tribe of Judah: God had told Solomon, when He divided Israel into two
kingdoms, that he should keep the tribe of Judah, for Davids sake, and for Jerusalems
sake, the city I have CHOSEN out of ALL the tribes of Israel. (Note) CITY I have

CHOSEN out of ALL the tribes. God distinctly tells us He is NOT going to save them
(make them great) by battle, as British Israel tell us. How could it be possible for the 10
tribed kingdom to rise again, and actually take the kingdom from Judah, when God hadsaid that kingdom would cease and He would NO MORE HAVE MERCY ON IT, but He
WOULD have mercy on the House of Judah? Let us see now what God says in 1 Kings,
11: 36: That David, My servant may have a light always before Me (Where?) inJerusalem, the city which I have chosen. (Not London.) Jeroboam was made king of the
10 tribes, and God said He would build him A SURE HOUSE, (Note) as I HAVE BUILT
for David (King of Judah). Now, here is the condition. Verse 38: IF thou wilt hearkenunto all that I command thee, and walk in my ways, keep my statues, and my
commandments, as David my servant did. Verse 39: And I will for this afflict the seed of
David, BUT NOT FOREVER. What does this mean? When God speaks of the SEED of
David, He means the heirs to the throne of David, and He did afflict them. Even from thetime of the last kings, Jechonias and Zedekiah, who were taken captive to Babylon, until
the SEED of promise, CHRIST, came. There were no more heirs to the throne of David
after Christ. But what of Jeroboam, did he fulfil the conditions, and obtain the SURE
HOUSE? On the contrary, he led his people into sin, and idolatry, causing them to forsakeGod. Thus, we see fulfilled the (Hosea 1: 4) prophesy, the complete extinction, and all
hopes of their house and kingdom ever being A SURE HOUSE. The House of Judahwould be afflicted, but rise again to great power, with Jesus Christ as King in Jerusalem.
When, as a nation born in a day, they would see Him, Whom they pierced. What did
Jeroboam do? In 1 Kings 12: 25, 33, we read: He made two calves of gold, and told his
people it was too much to go up to Jerusalem to worship. Behold thy gods, O Israel,which brought you up out of Egypt, and he made a house of high places, arid made
priests of the lowest of the people, (note) which were not of the sons of Levi (true priests
of God). I fail to see anywhere in the Word of God, where the Kingdom, of the house ofIsrael (which God had said would cease) or even the Kingdom of Judah, after its
captivity, and subjection to Gentile kings, would be restored again as a worldly kingdom.
I am not saying that Judahs KINGDOM will NOT be restored on earth again, but it willnot be a WORLDLY one, as ALL the present kingdoms are, which are governed by carnal
men. God had come to the end of His patience with the natural man, and His extending
mercy to the children of Israel, in waiting for them to turn to Him: Thus, He said (inEzekiel 21: 25 to 27): INIQUITY shall have an end. Also, Remove the diadem, take off
the crown, it shall be NO MORE until He come Whose right it is, and I will give it Him
(CHRIST). I would like to make very clear the fact, that although the 10 tribes were
greater in number than Judah and Benjamin, it did not alter the fact that God had chosenJudah and Jerusalem out of ALL the tribes. Numbers do not count with God, for has He
not said? Though the number of children of Israel be as the sands of the sea, only a
remnant will be saved. (Rom. 9: 27). God has never authorised the throne of David to beset up, or to be continued in any other city than JERUSALEM. British Israel say the
throne of David is in England. Read Zechariah 2: 10, 11, 12: Sing and rejoice, O daughter
of Zion. for lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee. And the Lord shall inheritJUDAH, his portion in the HOLY LAND, and shall choose Jerusalem again. Note.--The
Lord is going to inherit Judah, NOT the 10 tribed kingdom. A remnant of all the tribes
will be in this restored kingdom, however, but only recognised in Judah. For Jesus is the
Lion of the Tribe of Judah, and all must acknowledge Him as king first. King of Israel,

their wealth for ever: that ye may be strong, and eat the good of the land, and leave it for
an inheritance to your children forever. Verse 14: Should we again break thy
commandments, and join in affinity with the people of these abominations? Wouldst notthou be angry with us till thou hadst consumed us, so that there should be NO
REMNANT nor escaping? Verse 13: O Lord God of Israel, thou art righteous: for we
remain YET ESCAPED as it is this day: behold, we are before Thee in our trespasses: forwe cannot stand before Thee because of this. How merciful God was to those who were
repentant, Ezra said, We are yet escaped, but if we do it again, wouldst Thou not be so
angry that there would be no remnant, nor escaping? My object in pointing this out, is toshow British Israel that all Israel were under the law, and, therefore, could only make a
sin offering through the priests, and the 10 tribes had cast them off. It was only by
returning- to Jerusalem and confessing their sin that they could be accepted again by
God. Was God going to care for, and make a great nation of the idolatrous andunrepentant ones, who had not come back? No, He saw that the righteous were brought
back from their captivity, so that there might be reserved a remnant to fulfil His plan of
salvation. To the Jews first, and then to the Gentiles (Rom. 2: 10). What was the result of
their repentance? They said (Verse 3): Now, therefore, let us make a covenant with ourGod to PUT AWAY all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel
of my Lord, and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be doneaccording to the law. Verse 5: Then arose Ezra, and made the chief priests, the Levites,
and ALL ISRAEL to swear that they should do according to his word, and they swear.
Will you please note-this returned remnant are called ALL ISRAEL, the very name by
which (British Israel say) the returned Jews from Babylon were NOT called. Verse 7: Andthey made proclamation throughout Judah and Jerusalem, unto all the children of the
captivity, that they should gather themselves together unto Jerusalem: Verse 8: And that
whosoever would not come within three days, according to the counsel of the princes andelders, (listen) all his substance should be forfeited, and himself separated from the
congregation of those that had been carried away. Verse 12: Then all the congregation
answered, and said with a loud voice, AS THOU HAST SAID, SO MUST WE DO. Therewas no compromise with God, as we have seen in verse 8, they either obeyed, or suffered
the consequences. The forfeiting of all their substance and separation from the others.
Now we shall continue with the history of the MEDES and ASSYRIA, where the 10tribes were taken captive. The following statements are taken from the Encyclopaedia
Britannica, and Youngs Concordance. These historical facts, together with scripture to
verify them, should be enough to satisfy any soul desiring truth, instead of legend and
supposition. We are told in 2 Kings 17: 6 that the 10 tribes were taken to Assyria and theCITIES OF THE MEDES. That was in 721 B.C. 711 B.C.--10 years later MEDEA
separated from Assyria and became a republic. 699 B.C.-- 22 years after the captivity,
Esar Haddon, King of Assyria, took Babylon, which EXPLAINS very clearly why it hadbeen possible for him to take people from Babylon, and place them in Samaria, as we,
find he did in 2 Kings 17: 23, 24. How perfectly historical events and the Word of God,
such as above, are found to agree when earnest search is made. 625 B.C.-- Nabopolassar,father of Nebuchadnezzer, King of Babylon, took Nineveh, resulting in the: final
overthrow of Assyria. That was 96 years after the captivity. 560 B.C.-- Cyrus, founder of
the Persian Empire, made his uncle Cyaxares II (or Darius, the Mede), King of Media.
551 B.C.-- Cyrus of Persia, himself became King of Media. 538 B.C.-- Thirteen years

later, Cyrus took Babylon, and married the daughter of Darius, his uncle, thus uniting
MEDEA and PERSIA. Now we see how the VERY CITIES of the MEDES, and
ASSYRIA, in which the captive 10 tribes were placed, came under the dominion ofNebuchadnezzar first, then DARIUS and CYRUS, Kings of Mede and Persia. Apart from
history, there is ample proof of all this in the book of Daniel: The captives of the HOUSE
OF JUDAH by Nebuchadnezzar, had been in Babylon 70 years, when Cyrus and Dariustook the kingdom from Belshazzar. In Dan. 6-8 we read: `Now, O King, establish the
decree and sign the writing, that it be not changed, according to (note) the law of the
MEDES and Persians, which altereth not. Showing the BABYLONIAN EMPIRE to becontrolled by the kings of MEDEA and PERSIA, during the latter end of Daniels
captivity. We have further information on the Judah captivity in 2 Chron. 36: 20-23: And
them that had escaped from the sword carried he away (Nebuchadnezzar carried away) to
Babylon; (listen) where they were servants to him, and his sons, UNTIL the reign of thekingdom of Persia. Verse 21: To fulfil the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah,
until the land (Palestine) had enjoyed her Sabbaths; for as long as she lay desolate, she
kept Sabbath to fulfil threescore and ten years. ...(Note carefully the next verse.) Verse
22: Thus saith Cyrus, King of Persia: ALL THE KINGDOMS OF THE EARTH hath theLord God of Heaven given me and He hath charged me to build Him an house in
Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of ALL His people. The Lord hisGod be with him; and let him go up. This proclamation was made to ALL Gods people, in
Cyruss kingdom, including those in ASSYRIA, and MEDEA. For the final overthrow of
Nineveh, capital of Assyria, had been in 625 B.C. Thus we see that Assyria became part
of the Babylonian Empire, 96 years after the 10 tribes had been taken captive. There issufficient evidence in the Word of God to support the record of history, that Assyria was
conquered by the Chaldeans about 25 years before Nebuchadnezzar became King of
Babylon. We read in Dan. 2: 3, 4, during his reign that he called the Chaldeans tointerpret his dream, and they spoke to him in SYRIACK. Again in Dan. 4:1. We hear
Nebuchadnezzar making a proclamation unto ALL PEOPLE, NATIONS, and
LANGUAGES, that dwell in ALL THE EARTH. That he ruled over all these nations,peoples and languages of the known world at that time, we know, for when Daniel is
telling him the interpretation of his dream, he says (Verse 37): Thou, O king, art king of
kings, for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory.Verse 38: And WHERESOEVER the CHILDREN OF MEN DWELL, the beasts of the
field, and the fowls of the heaven, hath he given into thine hand, and (listen) HATH
MADE THEE RULER OVER THEM ALL. Thou art this head of gold. Will you read that
verse again? It certainly leaves no room for doubt that Assyria had been overthrown, andwas under the dominion of the powerful Babylonian kingdom. Where does British Israel
supposition and legend get them? Every honest person must answer, Nowhere. But God
gives us truth, if we want it. If people want to work things out according to their ownpurpose then He allows them to have strong delusions, that they should believe a lie (2
Thess. 2: 8). We also know that Cyrus was a king of kings, for he too had the same
power, having taken Nebuchadnezzar's kingdom. It was Cyrus who made theproclamation, allowing any of Gods people who would, go back to Jerusalem to rebuild
the temple. However, Artaxerxes was next to be King of Persia, in place of Cyrus, and
there is further proof that Assyria was under the Persian rule, for in Ezra 4: 4-7 we read,
that the people who had been placed in Samaria, by the King of Assyria, when he took

the 10 tribes away captive, troubled the remnant of Israel who were rebuilding the temple
(Verse 4). These Assyrians wrote to Artaxerxes, King of Persia, complaining about the
children of Israel; and the writing of the letter was written in the Syrian tongue, andinterpreted in the Assyrian tongue. Please note. -- Why did these Assyrians write to the
King of Persia, instead of the King of Assyria, had there been one? You will see by the
letter, if you read it, also the answer from Artaxerxes, in Ezra 4: 11 to 24, that the Persianking had absolute control over all kingdoms, with the result (Verse 24) that the work of
building ceased unto the second year of the reign of Darius. This next Darius is
HYSTASPES, son of Darius the Mede. He came to the throne of Persia in 521 B.C., 17years after CYRUS took Babylon. So the building of the temple was held up for about 16
years. Then this Darius the Second made a decree, and search was made in the kings
treasure houses in Babylon (Ezra 6: 2), and there was found in the palace that is in the
PROVINCE OF THE MEDES, a roll, and therein was a record thus written. The recordshowed that Cyrus had given permission to build the temple and, therefore, Darius the
Second commanded that the Jews be allowed to continue with the work. My object in
mentioning the above verse is to bring to your notice the fact that the document was
found in the province of the Medes, right where those ten tribes had been placed, whotherefore had the same opportunity of accepting the proclamation of Cyrus as any of the
Judah captivity, for it was to ALL Gods people in his kingdom (2 Chron. 36: 23). Thosewho- did volunteer to go, however, would henceforth belong to the KINGDOM OF
JUDAH. The kingdom of the House of Israel had completely ceased to be a kingdom
(Hosea 1-: 4), and as a kingdom could NOT rise again, for there was no true descendant
of Jeroboam left. DID ANY OF THE TEN TRIBES DWELL IN JUDEA? British Israelsay there is no biblical evidence whatever that any of the ten tribes migrated from
Samaria into Judea. Devout people visited Jerusalem for religious festival, and divine
worship, they say, but not ONE WORD is said about these visitors taking up their abodethere. They strengthened the kingdom of Judah, and made Rehoboam, son of Solomon
strong for three years, but they did not settle, and dwell there. They admit there was a
large assemblage from the ten tribes visiting Jerusalem to worship in Hezekiahs reign,but Dr. Thomas claims that none of these remained with Judah either. Shall we see what
the Word of God says about it? There can be NO contradiction that the Tribe of Levi, and
the priests in all Israel (10 tribes) and out of all their coasts, came to Judah and Jerusalemto DWELL. Why? 2 Chron. 11: 13, 14, says: For the Levites left their suburbs and their,
possession (of land) and came to Jerusalem, for Jeroboam (king of 10 tribes) had cast
them off for executing the priests office unto the Lord. Then verse 16 mentions another
large number: After THEM (after the Levites), such as set their hearts to seek the Lord,out of ALL the tribes of Israel, came to Jerusalem. However, we find in verse 17 that
these only came to sacrifice unto the Lord, and were evidently the ones who strengthened
Judahs king for three years, as scripture does not here state that they left their suburbsand possessions, as the Levites had. The next gathering out of Israel was in the reign of
Asa, King of Judah. 2 Chron. 15: 9: And he gathered all Judah and Benjamin and the
strangers with them out of EPHRAIM, and MANASSEH, and out of SIMEON: For theyfell to him out of Israel, in abundance, when they saw that the Lord his God was with
him. I believe these people remained faithful to God all their lifetime, because we read in
2 Chron. 15: 12: They entered into a covenant to seek the Lord God of their fathers with
all their heart, and with all their soul: Verse 13: That whosoever would not seek the Lord

God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman.
Verse 14: And they swear unto the Lord with a loud voice. Next we come to the Passover
of HEZEKIAHS reign, although we have proved that the last mentioned people werefaithful in their worship of God, there is no scripture thus far to prove they dwelt there,
until we come to the recorded facts about Hezekiahs Passover, and here we CAN
PROVE that many of them DID dwell with Judah, which answers to the previousstatement, that they fell to the King of, Judah, out of Israel in abundance, when they saw
that the Lord was with him. These must have remained with Judah. There would be no
sense in saying, They fell to Judah, out of Israel in abundance, unless it really happened,and the following scriptures will confirm my statement. (2 Chron. 30: 6, 7, 9). Hezekiah,
King of Judah sent posts with letters throughout `ALL ISRAEL, and JUDAH saying, Ye
children of Israel, turn again unto the Lord God, and He will return to the (please note)
REMNANT of you that are ESCAPED OUT OF THE HAND OF THE KINGS OFASSYRIA. Be not like your fathers and your brethren, which trespassed against the Lord
God of their fathers, Who therefore gave them up to desolation, as you see. You will
notice this verse shows that the 10 tribes had been given up to desolation (captivity). Now
listen to verse 9. For if you turn again unto the Lord, your brethren, and your children,shall find compassion before them that lead them captive, so that they shall come again
into this land. For the Lord your God is gracious and merciful and will not turn away Hisface from you if ye RETURN unto him. This scripture is very convincing when stating
that the REMNANT who had ESCAPED the hand of the KINGS of ASSYRIA. Note-
Plural kings, which confirms the fact that the final captivity had already taken place
before Hezekiahs Passover. They were promised that THEIR CHILDREN, and THEIRBRETHREN, those who had been carried away by the kings of Assyria, would come
again into their land, IF they turned to God. The opportunity WAS given to them all, by
Cyrus, as I have proved in the previous chapter. When God had said, The KINGDOM ofthe house of Israel would cease, and He would no more have mercy on the House of
Israel. He was speaking of the kingdom, and did not mean that he would no more have
mercy on them as individuals. They could, therefore, return to him, and be as they wereas at first, in the house, or KINGDOM of JUDAH. We know that a multitude did accept
Hezekiahs invitation, for it is written. 2 Chron. 30: 11: DIVERS of ASHER, and
MANASSEH, and of ZEBULUN, humbled themselves and came to Jerusalem. Verse 13:And there assembled at Jerusalem much people to keep the feast of unleavened bread,
etc. Also in the 18th verse we read: For a multitude of the people, even many of
EPHRAIM, and MANASSEH, ISSACHAR, and ZEBULUN, came. Verse 25 states: And
all the congregation of Judah, with the priests and the Levites, and all the congregation(note) THAT CAME OUT OF ISRAEL, and the strangers that came out of Israel, and
that DWELT IN JUDAH rejoiced. Did you note the word Dwelt? Now, BRITISH Israel,
we are definitely told these last-named dwelt in Judah, and before we have finished youwill not have a prop left. Again, after the Passover was finished, Hezekiah commanded
the people that DWELT in Jerusalem to give to the priests and Levites the portion, or
offerings, which was their right. So we read, in 2 Chron. 31: 5: That as the commandmentcame abroad, the children of Israel brought in abundance the first fruits of corn, wine,
honey, and all the increase of the field; and the tithe of all things, they brought in
abundantly. Now, listen to the next verse. And concerning the children of ISRAEL, and
JUDAH, that DWELT IN THE CITIES OF JUDAH, they also brought in the tithe of

oxen and sheep, etc. No one can say this referred to the Levites, because they were the
ones to whom the offerings were made. The fact that the first verse says that they
returned to their possession, into their own cities, does not mean that they went away, notto return again, for in verse 5 there is the assurance that they did come back, with the
increase of their fields, and their tithes. Later we shall see that the 10 tribes, called all
Israel or House of Israel, as a remnant, are still with Judah in Josiahs reign, 104 yearslater, JOSIAHS PASSOVER. In case there is any doubt left that a remnant of the 10
tribes remained with Judah, after the main body had been taken captive. The evidence in
Josiahs reign will definitely prove, beyond all doubt, that large numbers were still there104 years after Hezekiahs Passover, and by this time Nabopolassar (father of
Nebuchadnezzar), King of Babylon, had conquered Assyria. Therefore, Samaria, as well
as Assyria was controlled by the kings of Babylon. The first thing Josiah, King of Judah,
did, when he came to the throne, was to restore true worship of God. For Judah had beenworshipping idols again. We read that Josiah broke down the altars of Baalim, and the
images, and all the things they worshipped, and cleansed Judah, and Jerusalem (2 Chron.
34: 4, 5). Then he also cleansed the CITIES of MANASSEH, EPHRAIM, and SIMEON,
even unto NAPHTALI (verses 6, 7). (Here are four cities belonging to some of the 10tribes, and Josiah, Judahs king, has authority over them.) And when he had broken down
the altars, and the groves, and had beaten the graven images into powder, and cut downall the idols (please note) THROUGHOUT ALL THE LAND OF ISRAEL, HE
RETURNED TO JERUSALEM. It was only 14 years after this Passover that
Nebuchadnezzar took Judah captive to Babylon. I would like you to notice that the
cleansing of these places began in the 12th YEAR of Josiahs reign (2 Chron. 34: 3).Then in the 18th YEAR of his reign, when he had purged the land, and the house, they
kept this great Passover, which is the only one recorded in those six years from the time
of cleansing (Chap. 35: 19). I believe there was the same space of time BETWEEN thecleansing and sanctifying in HEZEKIAHS reign, and the Passover. We must not think
that because scripture continues without mentioning the space of time which may have
elapsed between chapters, that the next event occurs in conjunction with the other. As anillustration, 2 Chron. 29, records the first year of Hezekiahs reign, then in the beginning
of chapter 32 we read that Sennacherib, King of Assyria, entered into Judah, and
purposed to fight against it. This incident occurred in the 14th year of Hezekiahs reign (2Kings 18: 13). Thus, showing that the very few events recorded in THREE short chapters
were distributed over a period of 14 years. We learn in 2 Chron. 34: 9 that the Levites had
gathered money from the hand of Manasseh, and Ephraim, and of all the Remnant of
Israel, and of Judah, and Benjamin. (Will you notice, it says the remnant of Israel,proving to British Israel they were still there 14 YEARS BEFORE the Judah captivity.)
Again, in verse 18: There was no Passover like to that, kept in Israel from the days of
Samuel the prophet; neither did all the kings of Israel keep such a Passover as Josiahkept. (Now, listen) And the priests, and the Levites, and ALL JUDAH, and ISRAEL that
were present . . . It is futile for British Israel to persist in their ridiculous claims, for they
are fighting against God when they close their eyes and ears to evidence such as this.THE RETURN OF JUDAH AND ISRAEL FROM BABYLON. Here I quote Dr. Thomas
again, who writes for British Israel. He says, NOT ONCE in the book of EZRA is any
tribe of Israel mentioned. And British Israel says, that scripture testimony is emphatically
against the claim that a number of the 10 tribes returned to Jerusalem with the Jews. Well,

it is recorded in 1 Chron. 9: 1 that all Israel were reckoned in genealogies; and behold
they were written in the book of the Kings of Israel, and Judah who were carried away.
Therefore, as we are given the names of certain heads of their tribes in EZRA 2, all wehave to do is to find out who these men are who returned to Jerusalem from Babylon. We
read in Ezra 2: 1: Now these are the children of the province that went up out of the
captivity, (note carefully) of those which had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar,the King of Babylon, had carried away unto Babylon, and CAME AGAIN unto Jerusalem
and Judah, every one unto his city. (Verse 2). Which came with ZERUBBABEL; (and
others) the number of the men of the people of Israel. Please read that verse again verycarefully, because they prove to be ALL ISRAEL, as well as JUDAH, as you will see in
the following list of tribes, which I have found belong to the recorded names in Ezra. I
am omitting the tribes of Benjamin, Judah, and Levi, as they belonged to the house of
Judah, and the Levites returned in a body to Judah, when the king of the ten tribes castthem off from serving God, as I have already shown. Children of Reference. Tribe of

You will see there are SIX tribes represented here, and there were really only nine tribesleft to the house of Israel, because the tribe of Levi had left them in the reign of their first
king, Jeroboam. These six I think should be sufficient to prove beyond all doubt that Dr.
Thomas and all British Israel writers are just wishful thinkers when they so emphatically
claim that not once is any tribe of Israel mentioned in Ezra, with this returned remnant.Further mention is also made of these men settling again in Judea, in EZRA 2: 70. So the
priests, the Levites, and some of the people, and the singers, and the porters, and the
Nethenims dwelt in the cities, and (again) ALL ISRAEL, in their cities. Now the BritishIsrael say they were only called JEWS after the remnant returned, because none of the
House of Israel was with them. Well, what now? Again, in Ezra 10: 5, Ezra made the
chief priests, the Levites, and ALL ISRAEL to swear that they would put away theirstrange wives. Here the whole lot of the tribes are called ALL ISRAEL, as in
Deuteronomy. The names JEW, ISRAEL, and ALL ISRAEL, being interchangeable terms
hereafter, because when their next king arrived (even Jesus) there would be only ONEKINGDOM. Until then God recognised only the faithful ones of the 12 tribes in Judah. If
you care to make further search of these names of returned people in Ezra 2, you will find
more of the 10 tribes. For instance, in Ezra 10: 25, where mention is being made of those
who, had to separate from their strange wives, after mentioning the priests (Verse 18),and the Levites (Verse 23), and the singers. Verses 25 to 43 say: Moreover of ISRAEL; of
the sons of Parosh (Verse 25), Elam (Verse 26), Zattu (Verse 27), Bebai (Verse 28), Bani
(Verse 29), Pahath-Moab (Verse 30), Harim (Verse 31), Hashum (Verse 33), Nebo (Verse43). ALL these are stated to be OF ISRAEL, yet out of these I have only given the names
of NEBO, and BANI, representing the tribes of REUBEN, and GAD. Even these are not
all, for they were only mentioned as having married strange wives. IS THE HEIR TOTHE THRONE OF DAVID A DESCENDANT OF ZEDEKIAH OR JECONIAH? Here
is an extract from THE NATIONAL MESSAGE, the OFFICIAL British Israel journal,
and another example of the rubbish, based on tradition, you will notice, that we are asked

Israel in their wanderings, and was eventually placed in the temple, and called the chief
corner stone, where it remained till the captivity. In the carefully drawn up list of all the
valuables taken away by Nebuchadnezzar, there is no mention of a stone. The stoneremained for the prophet Jeremiah to take with him in his commission (Jer. 1: 10); `See I
have this day set thee over the nations, and over kingdoms.... To build and to plant.
Where was he told to go? `To the kings of the isles which are beyond the sea, and again,`To all that are in the utmost corners. Considering his commission, Jeremiah would never
have left Jerusalem without his title deeds, the Sacred Stone. Of his wanderings.
accompanied by Baruch, the scribe, and (listen) the Daughter of Zedekiah, we must relyon tradition. (End of quote.) Must we, indeed, rely on TRADITION, and a common
stone, as a title deed to an inheritance? Thank God, I have Christ as my title deed, and the
full assurance of faith, for He is faithful that promised. I must say here that God had
spoken through Jeremiah, to ALL the people who were left in the Holy Land, after thecaptivity of Zedekiah, commanding them NOT to go into the land of Egypt, and that
included the kings daughters. How can British Israel say that Jeremiah, and Baruch
ESCAPED with the kings daughter to Egypt, when the Word of God says that
JOHANAN and all the captains of the forces TOOK all the remnant of Judah? (Jer. 43:5.) Verse 6: Even men, and women, and children, and the KINGS DAUGHTERS, . . . and
JEREMIAH and BARUCH. Verse 7: So they came into the land of Egypt: For theyOBEYED NOT the voice of the Lord: thus came they even to Tahpanhes. Whether they
had been taken against their will, or not. To remain in Gods will, the ONLY place to
which they could possibly escape, after being in Egypt, was back again to the Holy Land.
How do I know? Because God said (in Jer. 44: 12 to 14): For I will punish them thatdwell in the land of Egypt, etc. . . Verse 14: So that none of the remnant of Judah, which
are gone into the land of Egypt to SOJOURN there, shall ESCAPE or REMAIN, that
they should return into the land of Judah, etc. . . . None shall return, but SUCH ASSHALL ESCAPE. Thus we see that the only way of preservation, TO ANY SOUL, was
firstly, only to those who had NOT set their faces (disobeyed God) and gone to sojourn
there. Read Jer. 42: 15, 16: Then they could only escape to the land of Judah again, NOTto Ireland, or England. British Israel are proclaiming Jeremiah an unrighteous man when
they say he escaped to Ireland, for he would have been as the others who despised the
command of God and wilfully disobeyed. Read chapters 41, 42, 43, 44 of Jeremiahcarefully. Now let us read Jer. 1: 10, and see what the commission was. British Israel
quote this verse as above (read their extract again). Then they pervert it, and say, He was
told to go to the kings of the isles beyond the sea, meaning Britain. It is hard to imagine
anything more deceptive, and subtle, for he was not told to go to any place in the versequoted, which, when complete, is as follows: See I have this day set thee over the nations
and over kingdoms, (to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down) to
build, and to plant. They very cunningly left out the bracketed portion about the pullingdown. Why did they leave it out? Because they only want us to think that Britain was the
nation to receive blessings, so Jeremiah must only BUILD and PLANT in Britain, and
they trusted that NONE would look at the scripture, which is the usual fault with themajority. Actually Jeremiah was to speak to the people of Israel, in Jerusalem, and the
Holy Land, right where he was. Listen to (verses 17 to 19), which tells us quite clearly to
whom he had to go, and speak. Thou, therefore, gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak
unto them, all that I command thee: Be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee

before them. (Listen carefully) For, behold, I have made thee this day a defenced city, and
an iron pillar, and brasen walls against the whole land, against the kings of Judah, against
the princes thereof, against the priests thereof, and against the people of the land. Andthey shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee,
saith the Lord, to deliver thee. You see, it was to the kings and people of Judah in the land
of Palestine. God also told Jeremiah they would fight against him too. So, hiscommission was not a very pleasing one. In case British Israel are still in doubt, let us
read another reference to this same pulling down, and building of Israel in the Holy Land
(Jeremiah 18: 6-11), O House of Israel . . . Will you read the rest yourself, as lack ofspace will not allow me to include all. After God tells Jeremiah of his judgment
concerning the House of Israel, in the case of their repentance, or otherwise, He continues
by commanding him thus (verse 11). Now, therefore, go to speak to the MEN OF
JUDAH, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the Lord: Behold I devisea device against you: return ye now everyone from his evil way, and make your ways and
your doings good. Verse 12: And they said there is no hope: but we will walk after our
OWN devices, and we will everyone do the imagination of his evil heart. Did you notice
that these people in the Holy Land are spoken of as the HOUSE OF ISRAEL (in verse 6),and then (in verse 11) as the MEN of JUDAH (not as the house of Judah), simply because
they are all in Judah. Now listen to Jer. 19: 14, which tells us where Jeremiah had gone toprophesy. Then came Jeremiah from TOPHET (just outside of Jerusalem), whither the
Lord had sent him to prophesy: and he stood in the court of the Lords house; and said to
all the people: Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon
this city and upon all her towns, all the evil that I have pronounced against it, becausethey have hardened their hearts, that they might not hear my words. We see now that it
was JERUSALEM, and the people there, whom Jeremiah was to pull down, or build. I
warn everyone who read British Israel literature, or hear their lectures to refer always tothe Word of God, and read the whole chapter, and then you will not so easily be deceived.
We shall now examine British Israels claim, that the British throne is the throne of
David, transferred from Jerusalem to England. The kings thereof coming throughZEDEKIAHS DAUGHTER, whom they say escaped from Jerusalem with Jeremiah, as I
have shown in the extract, and ultimately landing in England, with the precious stone.
However, their traditions are defeated by the records of God, which tell us otherwise. It istrue that Zedekiah was the LAST king of Judah, but he was not the last TRUE king, for
.the second to last one was, even JECONIAS, sometimes called Jehoiachin. We read in 2
Kings 24: 14, 15 that Nebuchadnezzar carried JECONIAS, all the princes, the kings
mother, and the kings wives, away captive from Jerusalem to Babylon Then the King ofBabylon made Mattaniah (please note), his fathers brother (and Jeconiass uncle) king in
his stead, and changed his name to ZEDEKIAH. (Verse 17.) Before we proceed any
further, I must tell you that God had made a covenant with David, giving the kingdomover Israel to DAVID, AND HIS SONS FOREVER. Here it is (2 Chron. 13: 5): Ought ye
not to know, that God gave the kingdom over Israel to David forever, and `his sons, by a
covenant of salt. You will notice it says SONS, not UNCLES, also it wasNebuchadnezzar who made the uncle king, not God. He was not the heir to the throne
after Jeconias. Remember, for the first time since David, Jerusalem was under gentile
rule, and the true king, with his wife and all his sons were taken to Babylon, BUT not put
to death. Before this, every king who succeeded to the throne of David was a SON of the

previous, king, and NEVER A DAUGHTER. There is only one instance of a woman
reigning, namely, Athaliah, but she was the mother of the king, whose place she usurped
after killing all but the youngest of her grandsons, an infant, who after being hidden forseven years, was proclaimed king, and took his rightful place on the throne. Athaliah was
put to death. We shall follow the history of Zedekiah, the UNCLE KING, and see what
happened to his sons and heirs. We are told (in 2 Kings 24: 20) that Zedekiah rebelledagainst the King of Babylon. You see, he was subject to another king, and did not have
authority over his own kingdom, as all the true kings of Judah had until the captivity of
the nation by Nebuchadnezzar. Ever since then, Palestine has been under gentile control.Well, what did happen to Zedekiah and his sons? Listen - The King of Babylon slew the
sons of Zedekiah before his eyes: he slew also all the princes of Judah in Riblah.
(Jeremiah 52: 10, 11). Then he put out the eyes of Zedekiah; and the King of Babylon
bound him in chains, and carried him to Babylon (note) and put him in prison till the dayof his death. First, I proved by the Word of God that there could never be an heir to the
throne of David through a daughter. If you look at the genealogy of the kings of Judah (in
Matt. 1), you will see they are all sons. We are also told that Zedekiah's sons, and all the
princes who were left, were put to death, and he himself died in prison. Now let us followJECONIAS, the last TRUE king, and see what happened to him, and his sons: We have
already read that he, with his princes, wives, and mother, were also taken, to Babylon, butthat was not the end. For listen - It came to pass in the 37th year of the captivity of
JEHOIACHIN (Jeconias), King of Judah, in the 12th month, in the 25th day of the
month, that Evil-Merodach, King of Babylon, in the first year of his reign, lifted up the
head of Jehoiachin, King of Judah, and brought him forth OUT OF PRISON, and spakekindly unto him, and set his throne above the throne of the kings that were with him in
Babylon, and changed his prison garments, and he did continually eat bread before him
all the days of his life. (Jeremiah 52: 31, 32, 33,) Not only Jeconias life was preserved,but his sons also, for in Matthew 1 we have a complete record of the genealogy of
JESUS, the last heir to the throne of David, through the true line of kings, from David,
and we find that the genealogy is through Jeconias and his son born in Babylon. Readfrom the first verse, as I am only mentioning verses 11 and 12 here, which say: JOSIAH
begat JECONIAS and his brethren about the time they were carried away to Babylon.
(Now, this is what I want you to hear.) And after they were brought to Babylon,JECONIAS begat SALATHIEL, and Salathiel begat ZOROBABEL (note, born in
Babylon), then the genealogy continues down to Christ. This settles all the ridiculous
supposition about Britains kings being heirs to the throne of David, through Zedekiahs
daughter, The kings of Israel could only come through the true line, and we have that inMatthew 1. Which absolutely makes void all claims of another heir through Zedekiah, the
uncle, whom we know left no heirs. BEHOLD, THE KINGS SON SHALL REIGN, AS
THE LORD HATH SAID, OF THE SONS OF DAVID. (2 Chron. 23: 3.) ZOROBABELRETURNS TO JERUSALEM. Among the many ridiculous claims of British Israel is the
one that the HOUSE OF JUDAH, was to be a CURSE, but the HOUSE OF ISRAEL,
which they say is Britain, was to be a BLESSING. To justify these claims, they quote averse of scripture, and pervert it to their own use, that is, they take it away from the
context of the chapter, and use it to suit themselves. Here is an example, which really is
quite the reverse of what they would like us to believe: -- (1) The JEWS were to be a
reproach, and a proverb, a taunt, and a curse. (Jer. 24: 9.) As quoted by British Israel. (2)

ISRAEL was to become known as the righteous nation that keepeth the truth. (Isaiah 26:
2.) As quoted by British Israel. Let us look at the first scripture, but instead of just taking
verse 9 alone, we shall read from verse 1, which says: The Lord shewed me, and beholdtwo baskets of figs were set before the temple of the Lord, (note this) AFTER that
Nebuchadnezzar, King of Babylon, had carried away captive JECONIAH, the son of
Jehoiakim, King of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the carpenters, and smiths, fromJerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon. Verse 2: One basket had very good figs,
even like the figs that are first ripe: and the other basket had very naughty figs, which
could not be eaten, THEY WERE SO BAD. Verse 5: Thus saith the Lord: (Listencarefully) Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them that are carried -away captive
OF JUDAH, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans FOR
THEIR GOOD. Remember, I have proved that these captives to Babylon, and those also
who returned, were a remnant of all tribes, although they were of Judah. Verse 6: For Iwill set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: (note
this) and I will BUILD THEM and not pull them down; and I will PLANT THEM, and
not pluck them up. Verse 7: And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the Lord:
and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me withtheir whole heart. I trust it is now quite clear to persons who have been misled by British
Israel, that Jeconiah, King of Judah, and all the others who were taken to Babylon arethose whom the basket of GOOD FIGS represented, whom God purposely sent away for
their good. Although God had said THEY would be his people, and He would BUILD
THEM, and not pull them down, and PLANT them, and not pluck them up, the British
Israel persist in applying this same building and planting, quoted by them in Jer. 1: 10, tothe wicked 10 tribed KINGDOM (as I have shown in the previous chapter), who were
supposed to have been lost, but turn up again as Great Britain. Well, -it is an established
fact, that it was JUDAH who was to have the blessing, as the Word of God shows. Now,we must not forget there were two baskets of figs. So we shall see who the second basket
of EVIL FIGS represented. Verse 8: And as the evil figs, which cannot be eaten, they are
so evil; (listen) surely thus, saith the Lord, so will I give ZEDEKIAH, the King of Judah,and his princes and the residue of Jerusalem, that remain in this land, and them that dwell
in the land of Egypt. (Now please note). Now follows the curses which British Israel
quote and appropriate for JUDAH (in Jer. 24: 9), And I will deliver them to be removedinto all the kingdoms of the earth for THEIR HURT, to be a reproach and a proverb, and
a taunt, and a curse, in all places whither I shall drive them. Now, Zedekiah, and all those
who remained in the land with him (who, according to 2 Kings 24: 14, were the poorest
sort of the people of the land, all the best having been taken captive) were the bad, onesto whom the second basket of evil figs were likened. They certainly belonged to the
kingdom of Judah, and of the 12 tribes, but the very bad ones. You will remember that the
British Israel claim the descent of Britains kings from this same Zedekiahs daughter.Well, according to the Word of God, after the captivity of Jeconiah, with 10,000 of his
people (2 Kings 24: 14), ALL who remained in the land were under the curses of Verse 9,
including ZEDEKIAH and his DAUGHTER. Therefore, if Britains kings come throughthat line, then they are also under the curse, which British Israel so cleverly appropriate
for JUDAH, the GOOD FIGS. To further assure you that the house of Judah is to be
blessed, and not the KINGDOM of the house of Israel, we will refresh our memory again
with Hosea 1: 4-7: I will cause to CEASE, `the kingdom, of the house of Israel. I will NO

MORE have mercy upon the house of Israel, but I will utterly take them away. (Listen)
But I will have mercy upon the house of Judah, and will save them by the, Lord their
God, etc. British Israel get the terms House of Israel, and Israel mixed. When God speaksof blessing ISRAEL, He is referring to the spiritual, or righteous, of ALL the tribes. Now,
the name of Jeconiah's grandson and direct heir, born in Babylon, was ZORRUBABEL or
Zerubbabel. He came back to Jerusalem with the remnant of Judah, and Israel, whenCyrus permitted them to return, and rebuild the, temple. (Ezra, 2: 1, 2.) However, he
came, not as a king, but a LAWGIVER, or GOVERNOR (Haggai 1: 1). It is also
recorded in Haggai 2: 20-23: Again the word of the Lord came unto Haggai, saying:Speak to Zerubbabel, GOVERNOR of JUDAH, saying, I will shake the heavens and the
earth. I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the
kingdoms of the heathen . . . In that day, saith the Lord of hosts. I will take thee, `O
ZERUBBABEL, my servant, the SON of Shealtiel, saith the Lord, and will make as asignet; for I have chosen thee, saith the Lord of hosts. This is the same ZERUBBABEL
that is mentioned in the genealogy of JESUS in Matthew 1, and is definitely NOT a
descendant of ZEDEKIAH, God had said of Jeconiah (in Jeremiah 22: 24, 27), though he
wore a signet upon his right hand, yet would He pluck him from Jerusalem, and cast him,and his mother that bore him, into another country where they were not born, to die. They
would not return to the land unto which they desired to return. (No, he and his mother didnot return, they died in Babylon, but his grandson returned.) Verse 30 says: Thus saith the
Lord, write ye this man CHILDLESS, a man that shall not prosper IN HIS DAYS: For no
man of his seed shall prosper sitting on the throne of David, and ruling any more in
Judah. Write ye this man childless, does not mean he had NO sons. The original Hebrewword which was translated as WRITE is KATHAB, meaning to write, to inscribe, or to
describe. Why was Jeconiah to be described as childless? The last verse tells us: because
he was a man who would not prosper IN HIS DAYS, and he did not, because his sonswere in captivity during the rest of Jeconiahs lifetime. Again, this verse says: No man of
his seed shall prosper sitting on the throne of David, and ruling in Jerusalem. Neither they
did, for God had spoken to Jeconiah, and told him that the CROWN would be NO MOREuntil Shiloh, the seed of promise, should come, and it would be given to him. This
scripture most emphatically says the crown would be no more. Let us read it (Ezekiel 21:
25-27): And thou profane, wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquityshall have an end. Thus saith the Lord God: Remove the diadem and take off the crown:
this shall not be the same ... I will overturn, overturn, overturn it; and it shall be NO
MORE, UNTIL HE COME WHOSE RIGHT IT IS; AND I WILL GIVE IT HIM.
CHRIST was the only heir to the throne in whom there was NO iniquity, and this versesays, Iniquity shall have an end. It is definite then, that there would be no more kings in
whom iniquity could be found. You will notice, however, that God preserved the TRUE
SEED to the throne, in ZERUBBABEL, and brought him back as GOVERNOR, andLAWGIVER. Thus fulfilling the prophesy made in Gen. 49: 10: The `scepter shall not
depart FROM JUDAH, NOR a `LAWGIVER from between his feet until Shiloh come.
Will you notice, it does not say SCEPTER only, but ALSO LAWGIVER, from betweenhis feet. Meaning that there would follow on a LAWGIVER, after the crown and sceptre
had been removed, until Christ (SHILOH) should come. When He did come as their king,
they crucified Him, and since then Jerusalem, the city of David, has been trodden down
by the Gentiles, and without a king, until Christ comes the second time to sit upon the

throne of David. We read in Hosea 3: 4,5: For the children of Israel shall abide MANY
DAYS WITHOUT A KING, and, without a prince, and without a sacrifice . . . After shall
the children of Israel RETURN, and seek the Lord their God, and David (Christ) theirking; and shall fear the Lord and His goodness in the LATTER DAYS. Finally let us see
if the British Israel quotation of Isaiah 26: 2, at the beginning of this subject really means
that the 10 tribes were the righteous nation which keepeth the truth. We will read the firstverse as well as the second, and we will again see how misleading their statements are.
Verse 1: In that day shall this song be sung IN THE LAND OF JUDAH. We have a
strong city; Salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks. (Verse 2, B. Israelquotation) Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter
in. Now, there is no mention whatsoever made here, of the 10 tribes being the righteous
nation, nor the House of Israel, but it does say that it is the LAND OF JUDAH,
whereunto the ISRAEL of God must return. NOT ENGLAND. THE PROMISE WAS TOTHE SPIRITUAL SEED ONLY. Abraham had two sons, Ishmael, the eldest, then Isaac.
but God had said that IN ISAAC would Abrahams seed be called, NOT in Ishmael. Was
Isaac actually that one who was to But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews (all
Israel) a stumbling block, and unto the Greeks foolishness. (Now, listen.) But unto them which are `CALLED, both Jews, and Greeks, CHRIST, the power
of God, and the wisdom of God. For ye see your CALLING, brethren, how that not manywise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are CALLED. (1 Corin. 1:
26). There is no difficulty in knowing what the calling is that was referred to. The sons of
God, the church, the spiritual ones, are CALLED in Christ. Not called ISAACSON or
SAXON. In Romans 9: 23, we also read: That God might make known the riches of Hisglory on the vessels of mercy which He had before prepared unto glory even us whom He
hath CALLED, not of the JEWS only, but also of the GENTILES. (Notice, God only
speaks of two classes of people, Jews and Gentiles.) As He saith also in Osee, I will callthem my people, which were not my people: and beloved which was not beloved. (Note--
Gentiles. His people, who were not.) Oh, yes, I know the British Israel quote this
particular verse, and taking it away from its context, make it mean that the 10 tribeswould be called Gods people. Which is nonsense, for they had been his people before, but
you see by the verse just before this one, that we are told it is BOTH JEWS and
GENTILES who are called Gods people, NOT the 10 tribes. More convincing still isverse 30, as follows: What shall we say then? That the GENTILES, which followed not
after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of
faith. (Now, listen.) BUT ISRAEL, which followed after the law of righteousness hath
NOT attained to the law of righteousness. Verse 27: Esaias also crieth concerning `Israel,though the number of the children of Israel be as the sands of the sea, A REMNANT
SHALL BE SAVED. Verse 29: Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a Seed (Christ), we
had been as Sodom, and been made like unto Gomorrah. Romans 10: 19-21: But I say,Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to Jealousy by them that are
no people, and by a FOOLISH NATION, I will anger you. (Spoken to the 12 tribes.)
Verse 20: But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was FOUND of them that sought me not; Iwas made manifest unto them that asked not after me. (Gentiles). It is quite obvious that
Moses was speaking to the whole 12 tribes and telling THEM God would provoke
THEM to jealousy, not just the two tribes, i.e., Judah and Benjamin, for the 12 tribes were
not divided into two kingdoms in the time of Moses. THE HOLY NATION--WHAT IS

IT? Gal. 3: 7: Know ye, therefore, that they which are of faith, the same are the children
of Abraham. Verse 8: And the scripture, seeing that God would justify the HEATHEN
through faith, (Listen) preached before the GOSPEL unto ABRAHAM, saying, IN THEESHALL ALL NATIONS BE BLESSED. It is most essential that all Christians see the
different dispensations here. When God made the promises to Abraham, He was not
under the law, but before that, in the dispensation of PROMISE, and since thedispensation of LAW finished, we have been in GRACE. Gal. 3: 16 tells us: Now to
Abraham, and his SEED, were the promises made. He said not to SEEDS as of many; but
as of ONE, and thy SEED, which is CHRIST. Then, in verse 18, we are told that if theinheritance were of the law, it could not be of promise: BUT God gave it to Abraham by
PROMISE. We understand clearly then, that those who were under the LAW OF MOSES
could not -receive the inheritance, while the law lasted. As we read in verse 19:
Wherefore then serveth the LAW? It was added because of transgressions, (Listen) TILLTHE SEED SHOULD COME to whom the promise was made (Christ). All but a
REMNANT of the whole 12 tribes failed God, and thus, we see how He turned to the
GENTILES, and we hear Paul saying (Verse 29): And if ye be CHRISTS, THEN are ye
Abrahams seed, and heirs, according to the promise. Remember, it was the same gospelpreached to Abraham that is preached to the world now. That of a Saviour. Paul, speaking
to THE CHURCH, said: Now we brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of PROMISE.(Gal. 4: 28.) Not the 10 tribes. Abraham was to be the father of many nations, because he
was the father of Judah, of whom Christ came, according to the flesh, and those who are
Christs (the church) are of ALL NATIONS, and tongues (even Gentiles and Jews).
Again, listen to Rom. 4: 11: He (Abraham) received the SIGN Of circumcision, a seal ofthe righteousness of FAITH, BEFORE he was circumcised: Why before? That he might
be the FATHER of all them that believe. Well, now that is clear, for the believers are the
Church. Abraham was to be the FATHER of many nations, by his SPIRITUAL SEED,Christ, fulfilling the other promise also that in his SEED would ALL NATIONS of the
earth be blessed. British Israel again appropriate this last scripture, and tell us the seed of
promise are the 10. tribes, and therefore to be the blessing to all nations, but they verycarefully fail to mention the other promise, of being the FATHER of many nations. Why?
Because they know they did not bring forth many nations. However, the PROMISED
SEED (CHRIST) does, when those of all nations are born again. Listen again to Rom. 4:13-17: For the promise that he should be heir of the world was not to Abraham, or his
seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. For if they which are of the
law be heirs, FAITH is made VOID, and the -promise made of no effect. Therefore, it is
of FAITH, that it might be by GRACE; (note) to the end, that the promise might be sureto all the seed. Now, British Israel, do you still think it was sure to only the 10 tribes?
And listen to the rest of the verse: Not to that ONLY which is of the LAW, but to that also
which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the FATHER of us all. As it is written, I havemade thee a FATHER of many nations. (All nationalities.) (The Church.) Who, then, is
the HOLY NATION which is spoken of? British Israel claim it is Britain, whom they say
are the lost 10 tribes. In their National Message, page 54, it states: Christ himself declaredthat a particular nation was to receive the gospel on its rejection by the Jews. (Matt. 21:
43.) They claim this nation to be Britain (10 tribes of Israel) and make the next verse 44,
apply to Britain, as the stone kingdom. Yet another claim-The kingdom of God was taken
from the Jews (Judah) and given to Israel (10 tribes). Well, in Isaiah 61: 5, we read: I am

sought of them that asked not for me, a NATION that was not CALLED by my name.
Now we know that Israel was the name of Gods people, and nation, but, here we are told
He was sought of by a nation that had not been called by that name. Nevertheless, BritishIsrael desperately try to prove that BRITAIN is ISRAEL. Well, what will it profit them,
seeing that Israel was not the NATION who sought Him, but rather the church which was
Gentile also Jew. Again, in Isaiah 65: 15, Israel is told that they shall leave their name(Israel) unto Gods chosen, who are his servants, and these servants shall be called by
another name. That new name was CHRISTIAN. Listen--And the disciples were
CALLED CHRISTIANS first in Antioch. (Acts 11: 26.) Again, in 1 Peter 2: 3-10, pleasetake particular notice that all the epistles, without exception, were written to the Church,
and NOT to any other people. If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious. To whom
coming, as unto a LIVING STONE, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and
precious. (Have you noted, the Stone is Christ.) Verse 5: Ye also, as lively stones, arebuilt up a spiritual house, an `HOLY PRIESTHOOD, to offer up, spiritual sacrifices,
acceptable to God by `JESUS CHRIST. Verse 6: Wherefore, also it is contained in the
scripture, behold I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious, and he that believeth
on HIM SHALL NOT BE CONFOUNDED: I would like to ask believers in BritishIsrael, why they are so confounded about this STONE, for they specialise in quoting the
scriptural references to it, and make it refer to the British nation. Verse 7: Unto you,therefore, which BELIEVE, He (the stone) is precious: but unto them which be
disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the
corner. I am including all these verses leading up to verses 9 and 10, so that British
Israelites shall be in NO DOUBT as to the identity of the RIGHTEOUS, and HOLYNATION. Verse 9: But ye (the Church) are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an
HOLY NATION, a peculiar people; (Why?) that ye should show forth the praises of Him
Who hath CALLED you out of darkness into His marvellous light. Verse 10 (Now,listen): Which in time past were NOT A PEOPLE, but are now the people of God: which
HAD NOT obtained mercy, but now HAVE obtained mercy. Yes, we are Gentiles, who
had not been called by His name, ISRAEL. The New Testament is so full of the manyclear statements, as just mentioned, that I am completely at a loss to understand why
professing Christians cannot get sufficient light on the Word of God to make them
understand. Paul tells us, in Romans 11, who the very people are by whom God wasgoing to provoke Israel, the whole 12 tribes, to jealousy. As I have said before, Moses did
NOT speak those words to just two tribes, as British Israel say, but to the 12 tribes who
were under Moses at that time, and not divided. Here are the words which were spoken
by God, through Moses: They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God;they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy
(Listen) with those which are not a people: I will provoke them to anger with a foolish
nation. I have proved that a remnant of all the tribes were with JUDAH in the Holy Landwhen Christ came. We are told in John 1: 11, that He came unto His OWN, and His own
received Him not. But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the
sons of God. Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh; nor of the will ofman, but of God, (the Church). Who were His own according to the flesh? They were the
12 tribes of Israel, not just two tribes, and as many as received Him, THEY became the
sons of God, thus fulfilling Hosea 1: 7, 10: Those who were the remnant of all tribes in
the House of Judah, which came back from Babylon. Verse 7: But I will have mercy upon

the House of Judah and will save them by the Lord their God, and will not save them by
bow, nor by sword, nor by battle, etc. Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as
the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to passthat in the place where it was said unto them, `Ye are not my people, (margin says,
instead of that), it shall be said unto them, `Ye are the sons of the living God. This refers
to the church, who receive Christ as their Saviour, and will receive their kingdom, whenChrist, as the only king since Jeconiah, comes again to restore it in Jerusalem. Now let us
see what Paul says about the nation which fell, and the nation which came into the
inheritance instead. Please read the whole of this chapter, I cannot include all, throughlack of space. Roms. 11: 11: I say then, have they stumbled, that they should fall? God
forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come to the GENTILES, for to provoke
them to jealousy. (Will. you notice?) It does not say the 10 tribes were to be the inheritors
after the fall of the Jews, as British Israel tell us, but the GENTILES. Verse 15: For if thecasting away of them be, the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them
be, but life from the dead? Verse 25: For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant
of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is
happened to Israel. (Note) Until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. Verse 26: And soall Israel shall be saved. (Note. This does not mean all who call themselves Israel, but
only a remnant, for true Israel are the righteous ones.) as it is written. There shall comeout of SION the DELIVERER, and shall turn away ungodliness from JACOB (natural
seed). This verse tells us when Israel shall be restored again to their kingdom, and that is
only when Christ, the Deliverer, comes the second time. Verse 27: For this is my
covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. Verse 28: As concerning theGOSPEL, they are ENEMIES for your sakes: but, as touching the election, they are
BELOVED for the fathers' sakes. Therefore the kingdom of Israel was cut off and
spiritually blinded until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in, or as Christ said, until thetimes of the Gentiles be fulfilled. That is, until God brings this time, or dispensation of
grace, the offering of salvation to the Gentiles to a close. Then at Christs second advent,
Israel shall recognise Him Whom they pierced, and a nation shall be born in a day. In theabove verse you will see that Israel are enemies of the gospel, and Gods covenant unto
them (Verse 27) is when He shall take away their sins. That is when Christ comes to Zion.
ISRAEL, THE SUPPLANTER. It is impossible for any man to correctly interpret theWord of God, unless he is born again, according to 1 Cor. 2: 14: The NATURAL MAN
receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness unto him. Neither
can he know them, (why?) because they are spiritually discerned. We see, therefore, that
the Word of God can ONLY be understood by revelation of the Spirit of God, and not byman himself. In the dispensation of PROMISE, which was prior to the dispensation of the
LAW by Moses, we find a strange thing happening. In four generations, the younger son
taking the BIRTHRIGHT, and supplanting the eldest son and heir. Why did God causethis to happen? We have the answer in 1 Cor. 10-11: Now all these things happened unto
them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition. They were also a warning to
the 12 tribes of Israel, for God had only made the promises of a land, and a kingdom,conditionally, and that was IF they obeyed Him. (Deut. 28: 1.) Knowing the heart of man
to be desperately wicked and deceitful, God planned to bring into the world a man born
of the will of God, by whom all men might LIVE, and that MAN was CHRIST, the Son
of God. Because Abraham believed God when he was promised a son, being then 100

years of age, Isaac was called the seed of promise, and the spiritual seed through whom
Christ came, according to the flesh. Look at the genealogy of Jesus in Matthew 1. That
which seemed impossible, naturally, but believed by Abraham, was counted to him forrighteousness, and was the same faith as that of the Church. We read in Gal. 4: 22-31: It
is written that Abraham had TWO SONS, the one by the BONDWOMAN (Ishmael, elder
the other Isaac by a FREEWOMAN). But he who was of the bondwoman, was born afterthe flesh: (the natural man) But he of the freewoman was by promise (note carefully)
which things are an allegory. For these are the two covenants. The ONE from Mt. Sinai,
which gendereth to bondage, which is AGAR. (Hagar, mother of Ishmael.) For this Agaris Mt. Sinai, in Arabia, and answers to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with
her children (12 tribes of Israel). But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the
MOTHER OF US ALL (speaks of Sarah, mother of Isaac and the Church). For it is
written, rejoice, thou barren that barest not . . . (Read rest). Now, WE brethren, ASISAAC was, are the children of promise. But, as then, he that was born after the flesh,
persecuted him that was born after the spirit; even so it is now. To express this simply.
The two sons were representatives of two covenants. Hagar (Agar), the mother of
Ishmael, pictures the law from Mt. Sinai, in Arabia, which answers to Jerusalem whichnow is, under bondage with all Israel. But Sarahs son, Isaac, pictures THE CHURCH of
the heavenly Jerusalem, from above, born of God, and children of promise, as Isaac was.Now, the promise, IN ISAAC, shall thy seed be called, was definitely only for the
spiritual man, believers in Christ, and NOT for those of, the flesh. Therefore, if the
British really are the 10 tribes, according to the flesh, then they are still in bondage, and
cannot be SONS OF GOD, as a nation. Only as separate individuals can they be bornsons of God, and thus become a member of the Church, until the gospel of grace is
finished, and that is not yet. Hebrew 13: 12-14 says: Let us go forth therefore, unto Him
without the camp, bearing His reproach. For here (or at present) have we NO continuingcity, but we seek one to come. Also, in Deut. 12: God told the children of Israel (the
whole 12 tribes) that they had not as yet come to the rest, and to the inheritance, which
the Lord giveth them. ONLY when they dwell in the land which the Lord giveth them toinherit. (The Holy Land, not England.) (Listen.) And when He giveth you rest from all
your enemies round about, so that ye dwell safely. THEN there shall be a place which the
Lord your God shall choose, to cause His name (Israel) to dwell there. This saysdistinctly that Israel only comes as a nation into its inheritance at the time when it shall
be at rest from all its enemies round about, and Britain is not in that position yet, and no
nation will be until Christ comes, for it is written that if He did not come and shorten the
days, there would be no flesh left. Therefore, as the coming of the Lord draws nearer,wars will grow more violent, and He alone will bring peace on earth. First, we saw how
Isaac, the seed of promise, took the place of Ishmael, Abrahams eldest son, typifying the
spiritual and born again in Christ, taking the inheritance which should have been toAbrahams seed according to the flesh (12 tribes of Israel). Now we shall see how God
verifies the same promise in Isaacss son JACOB. We know that Esau, and Jacob, were
the only twin sons of Isaac, Esau being the eldest but, because of lust, he sold hisbirthright to Jacob. Isaac named his youngest son Jacob, the meaning being
SUPPLANTER, and this supplanter became ISRAEL, renamed by God (note this
carefully) AFTER Jacob, the natural man, had prevailed with God in prayer. The name
Israel meaning ruling with God. Here again we have a picture of the promised seed

(believers in Christ) supplanting the natural heirs to the kingdom (the 12 tribes of Israel),
and ruling, or reigning with Christ. Before His crucifixion, Christ preached ONLY to His
OWN PEOPLE, ISRAEL, and forbade the disciples going to the Gentiles. Because theyrejected Him as their king, He then offered salvation to the Gentiles. Thus we see fulfilled
the words He spoke to His own people in Matthew 21: 43: The kingdom of God shall be
taken from you, and given to a NATION bringing forth the fruits thereof. Also, in John 1:11, 12: He came unto His own, and His own received Him, not. But as many as received
Him, to them gave He power to become the `SONS OF GOD, even to them that believe
on his name. (Please note: Church called sons of God, not the 10 tribes.) Which (listen)were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
These who are born again of the will of God are the CHURCH, a chosen generation, a
HOLY NATION (1 Peter 2: 9), who received the kingdom which was taken from Christs
own nation. Thirdly, we have Jacob with his 12 sons, who became the 12 tribes of Israel,but instead of Reuben, the eldest, having the birth-right, it was given to JOSEPH, the
eldest son by Jacobs second wife. She should have been his first wife but, through
deception, he got a wife he did not want. Thus those children who were born of the will
of man could not be heirs of God, because of sin. So Jacob served Rachels father 14years to obtain the wife he loved, and to bring forth the son of promise, who would take
the birthright from the natural heir according to the flesh. Showing again that theinheritance was to the spiritual seed, and NOT according to the flesh. In the record of the
genealogy of Reuben, in 1 Chron. 5: 1, 2, there is a very important statement which has
been overlooked by the British Israel, which is as follows: Now the sons of Reuben, the
first born of Israel, (for he was the first born) but for as much as he defiled his fathersbed, his BIRTH-RIGHT was given unto the SONS of Joseph, the son of Israel and (note
carefully) the genealogy is not to be reckoned after the birthright. Will you notice that,
apart from EPHRAIM, and MANASSEH receiving the birthright, the REST of theirgenealogy was not to be reckoned. The reason is obvious, because they were not of the 12
sons of Jacob, but inherited the birthright blessing through Joseph, and were the children
of promise, born down in Egypt, depicting the world. Joseph was a type of Christ. Just asJoseph was betrayed by his brethren, saved his own from famine, begat sons from
heathendom (Priest of Ons daughter). You will remember, God forbade the children of
Israel to marry strangers. In this you will see the wonderful picture of Christ begettingsons of promise, out of heathendom (Gentile nations). Now, the BIRTH-RIGHT means
the right of the first-born. Therefore, Ephraim, Josephs son, did not receive the
inheritance, but only the RIGHT of the first born, that is, he became the heir to the
inheritance, instead of Reuben, the eldest. It is, therefore, easily understood that EphraimALONE was a representative of Christ (and the Church). Gal. 3: 27-29: For ye are all one
in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christs, then are ye Abrahams seed, and heirs according to
the promise. Also, again calling to remembrance the words of Paul in Gal. 3: 16: Now toAbraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, to `seeds as of many; but as
of one. And to thy seed, which is Christ. These two sons, representatives of those who
would be Christs, were not the sons of Jacob, but were adopted as sons, just as theChurch became sons by adoption (Gal. 4: 1-7). Now let us read Gen. 48: 5: Now thy two
sons, Ephraim and Mannasseh, which were born unto thee (listen) in the land of Egypt
before I came unto thee into Egypt, ARE MINE: as Reuben and Simeon, they shall be
mine. (Note again.) And THY ISSUE, which thou begettest after them, shall be thine, and

shall be called after the name of their brethren in their inheritance. You see now, how just
the two sons ALONE received the BIRTHRIGHT. and not the rest of their genealogy,
who were to be called by the name of their brethren. However, Ephraim, the youngestbecame the heir, in place of Mannasseh, although Mannasseh will come into the
inheritance later on (Gen. 48: 17-20), And when Joseph saw that his father laid his right
hand upon the head of Ephraim (youngest) it displeased him: and he held up his fathershand to remove it from Ephraims head unto Manassehs head, and Joseph said unto his
father, not so, my father: for this is the first born; put thy right hand upon his head. And
his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: He also shall become a people,and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be GREATER than he, and
his seed (listen) shall become a multitude of nations (all nations, the Church), and he
blessed them that day, saying, IN THEE SHALL ISRAEL BLESS (IN CHRIST). In Gen.
41: 51 we read that Joseph called the name of his first-born MANNASSEH (why?). ForGod, he said, hath made me FORGET all my toil, and all my fathers house. The meaning
of Mannasseh is: One who causes to forget. Verse 52: And the name of the second,
`EPHRAIM, for God hath caused me to be FRUITFUL in the land of my affliction. The
meaning of Ephraim is: DOUBLY FRUITFUL. What did this prophecy signify? It isinteresting to note, in Gen. 49: 24, the descendants of EPHRAIM, twenty names in all,
down to JOSHUA, another name for Jesus, meaning: Jehovah is salvation. 1. Ephraim.11. Beriah. 2. Shuthelah. 12. Rephah. 3. Bered. 13. Resheph. 4. Tahath. 14. Telah. 5.
Eladah. 15. Tahan. 6. Tahath. 16. Laadan. 7. Zabad. 17. Ammihud. 8. Shuthelah. 18.
Elishama. 9. Ezer. 19. Nun. 10. Elead. 20. Joshua (Jesus). There is no record of any more
after Joshua. There is a wonderful picture in this of Jesus, our Saviour, bringing us intoour inheritance. For, of the original ones of Israel, whom Moses brought out of Egypt,
only Joshua, the last one in Ephraims line, and Caleb, of the tribe of Judah, went over
Jordan into the promised land, with the children of the others under 21 years of age. Allthe fathers having died in the wilderness, because of sin. It is very significant that a
representative of the tribe of JUDAH was the only one of the fathers, with Joshua, to-lead
the others, instead of one of the 10 tribes. Which foretells the salvation of a remnant ofthe children of Israel IN JUDAH, BY CHRIST, who, as their head, leads them to Zion.
Also, just as Ephraim meant doubly fruitful, Christ gives salvation to both Jew and
Gentile, and we are all one in Him. We also become heirs in place of the natural heir,Mannasseh (Israel according to the flesh), who caused God to forget, but He has not cast
them off forever, for He is going to remember them again when the gospel of grace to the
whole world is completed, that is when the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled, and it is not
yet, or the Church would not be here. Then will be preached again the gospel of thekingdom to the Jews. Jerusalem is still trodden down of the Gentiles, and will be until it
is under the supreme control of the true king of Israel, as of old, and I have shown that
there can be no other but Christ. Here are two reasons showing it is still under Gentilecontrol. (1) Britain partitioned Palestine, the land promised solely to the Jews, giving half
to descendants of ISHMAEL, when God has said they shall not be heirs with Isaac. (2)
Mosque still on temple site, whereas if the heirs were truly dwelling in peace, their owntemple would be there. To confirm my statement that Ephraim represented the seed of
promise, Christ, and the Church (one in Him) and Mannasseh portrayed the cast off ones,
the eldest and original heirs according to the flesh, let me bring to your notice the fact
that in Revelations 7: 3-8, there are sealed 144,000 of the 12 tribes of Israel. There being

12,000 of each of the following tribes and, strange to note, that JUDAH heads the list, not
Reuben, the eldest. Signifying that God will only recognise them in the kingdom of
