Utilities Valves Ltd is a UK based operation specialising in innovative design
technology, product realisation and supply of an extensive range of high quality
valves for water applications. Founded in 2008, we service a global client base
and proudly hold an international reputation for quality and reliability, reinforced
by BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification and strict production control.
Utilities Valves foremost product performance is further enhanced by innovative
and patented design solutions in major product lines of low torque Resilient
Seated Gate valves and advanced technology Double Eccentric Butterfly Valves
capability up to 6 meters diameter.
All products from UV extensive range have been tested and refined to meet our
exacting standards of finish and functionality. We balance technical
competence with competitive costs to offer the world valve market a well
designed, engineered and cost effective solution.
UV provide a full range of Gate, Butterfly, Check, Air, Knife Gate and Flow Control
valves and Hydrants. Also ‘Special Valves’ application engineering to handle
extreme conditions of high transient pressure, high velocity and energy dissipation
service and corrosive media. UV Valves Sizes span DN40 to DN6000 with pressures
up to 40bar.

MANUFACTURING
MANUFACTURING
Our manufacture complies with exacting international standards ISO 9001:2015;
ISO 14001 and Quality Assurance Systems to European Directive. This
management, operating and manufacturing principle is applied across the
business.
Within the production facilities we operate a fully integrated production process
for our core products using manufacturing cells designed for flexibility through
DN40 to DN6000 production. The process is of modular design allowing future
expansion and accommodation for fluctuation in future capacity.
In accordance with our certifications, all products are 100% tested and recorded,
with full component level traceability. We have devised innovative testing
solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in performance throughout the
process.
This includes PLC Controlled data collection modules with a PC interface allowing
test result traceability to individual valves. We also include “Torque v Angular”
data, in real-time to enable statistical analysis of data for continuous
improvement programme.
