End of Year Assembly and Awards and Festival DayThursday, June 6, 2013
***Please Note - The playground will open at 7:50am as usual and classrooms will receive students at
8:05. Students are also welcome to arrive prior to the assembly. All students should be in their classrooms by
8:45am.
On Festival Day, the buses will run in the morning but not in the afternoon. Morning care will operate
as usual but there will be no extended day services offered after Festival Day concludes.As a reminder, lunch will not be served and the street will be reopened at noon.

School and Humanities Center. Parents and guests fill in behind.

Its zoo day! We will leave school about 10:00a.m. for a self guided tour at the
Virginia Zoo,with a concentrationin the amphibians and reptilessection. We
will return to school for a make your own sandwich lunch.
The afternoon will include assorted frog and toad crafts plus creating agarden flag. Weather permitting, we will walk to 7-11 for an ice cream or
Slurpee treat and then play at Raleigh Park. We will return to school by
3:00pm.

-*Reservations are required, by calling 627-1383 x241. If the minimum enrollment of 8 is not reached by
Friday, May 31, 2013 at 3:00pm, the following sliding scale applies per child if 3- 7 children are enrolled: 3
children - $95.00, 4 children - $75.00, 5 children - $60.00, 6 children - $55.00, 7 children - $50.00.
-All fees are included for any off campus field trips, crafts, lunch, and snack.
-By enrolling your child in Camp Williams, you are giving your permission for your child to attend the
listed on and off campus activities.
-Camp Williams staff may be reached on the Extended Day cell phone, 237-1875 or on Joyce Sorias
phone, 469-7759 at all times during the day.
-If you wish your child to have sun screen or insect repellant, please fill out the Medication Consent Form
and send the product and the form in with your child on the day or days of enrollment. Forms are
available from the front office, Extended Day or the website.
-Please let us know if you will not be able to drop your child off by departure time, as there is no available
care for your child at school.
**We will have early drop off at 7:30am for $5.00, extra. Reservations required!
