Enterprise web hosting

The Enterprise Web support package comprises

basic administration and support of Hybris, Tomcat

and WebSphere instances, including load balancing.

Automatic deployment and extended monitoring of

complete shop instances based on an application

performance management tools are possible. The project

documentation is provided using an Atlassian solution that

can be shared.

Microsoft Exchange hosting

By deciding in favour of Microsoft Exchange hosting, you

reduce your IT’s complexity, since our qualified Exchange

administrators assume responsibility for operating parts

of it. We not only perform system maintenance and basic

administration, but also help protect your company better

with mature SPAM and anti-malware filters on our mail

gateway. Supplementary services such as auditing, Active

Sync, disclaimer, and e-mail archiving and encryption

round out our range of services for you.

Web proxy

We offer you access to the Internet for your employees

that is protected by firewalls and web proxy servers

and can be provided centrally from the data centre

and locally at your sites. The web proxy servers use

integrated malware scanners and web filters.

Smartphones and tablets have changed the way users

work and pose new challenges for enterprises when it

comes to data protection and security. Use our platform

service to administer and manage mobile devices along

with their applications and data. It goes without saying

that data protection, data security and compliance

Enterprise network integration

So that you can provide your services, we offer you

customised virtual network environments in which we can

operate a flexible, scalable network for you. The IP address

ranges can be used individually via your own routing instance,

which means the services at the OEDIV data centres can be

integrated optimally in your existing network infrastructure.

We also provide you with next-generation security functions.

WAN services/remote access

We work with well-known carriers to offer a one-

stop shop for tailored VPN, Ethernet Link or MPLS

data networks that not only ensure your company is

connected to our data centres, but also meet your

requirements as regards security and cost-efficiency to

maximum effect. It goes without saying that your mobile

employees also have secure access thanks to VPN

solutions with personalised RSA or SMS tokens and SSL

VPNs.

yet must also offer and support 24x7 IT services of growing

complexity on budgets that are hardly increased. Flexibility

and specialist know-how are vital in managing and coping

Cloud

We can ensure different SLAs thanks to our specific

platform architectures, flexible and scalable storage classes,

data mirroring, clustering and disaster recovery concepts

and operating standards complying with ISO 27001

and ITIL. OEDIV not only provides you with the technical

infrastructure, but also ensures basic operation, including

monitoring, backup and recovery, anti-virus protection and

patch management for the operating system in question.

Private cloud

Thanks to our range of different platform servers,

we centralise your Microsoft infrastructure and offer

server hosting as a scalable service. You can provide

and operate your individual databases and applications

on your own on the platform servers. This service can

be implemented for Windows, Linux and AIX platform

servers.

Hybrid cloud

So that the private cloud does not become a one-

way street for you, we support you with technology

consulting and implementation in setting up and using

hybrid cloud scenarios based on OEDIV managed

cloud services in conjunction with Microsoft Azure or

Microsoft Office 365.

Managed database

OEDIV offers you not only SAP services, but also

professional all-round support for administration of

Oracle and MS SQL server databases in the non-SAP

arena. Our services also include proactive, cyclical

monitoring, as well as performance analysis and

optimisation.

Workplace – more than desktop as a service

With the OEDIV Workplace Service, we supply a secure and

scalable Windows desktop with the applications and data

defined by you – one that is available anytime, anywhere and

on a wide range of terminal devices.

Application service providing (ASP)

We ensure hosting and operation of fully automated

billing software from leading vendors (SAP HCM, ADP

PAISY, P&I LOGA) and data backup, maintenance

and support for the application. You delegate full

responsibility for the billing system to us and benefit

from pooled know-how and direct contact persons,

while remaining in charge of HR matters.

Business process outsourcing (BPO)

With its more than 30 years of experience in payroll

accounting, OEDIV is your competent partner. Apart from

the ASP services, the BPO service comprises complete

recording of your payroll data and well as technical

examination of the inputs – an all-round service that

guarantees maximum reliability, security and efficiency.

Output management service (OMS)

The service comprises complete handling of different

printed outputs. In an automated process, we take care

of printing, insertion and, optionally, franking and dispatch

of them. You can also have flyers, supplements or bulk

mail accompanying your printed outputs or, by using

e-documents, you can take a step toward the paperless

office and provide your employees with digital salary

statements, for example.

Human resource servicesAs an expert in payroll accounting, we offer comprehensive support for your activities in this field.

Electronic data interchange (EDI)

OEDIV offers to operate an EDI system for electronic data

interchange between business partners. The service is

provided for technical aspects and also in application

Master data management

Customs clearance (ATLAS)

Customs clearance comprises complete conversion and

plausibilisation of the data, with connection to the customs

network, as well as handling of transmission errors

between the data centres of OEDIV and customs.

Compliance checking

In cooperation with our well-known partners, we offer

a solution for checking compliance and export control

in business transactions that is tailored to the needs

of SMEs.

Application business servicesWe accompany you in developing, as well as supporting and further enhancing, applications throughout their lifecycle. As part of that, we assume responsibility for the infrastructure, offer you customised support for your applications (first and second level) and reliably create the detailed framework to let you focus on your core business.

Apart from continuous security checks on systems and data

networks, we prevent loss of your data by means of data

mirroring and mature backup methods. Our work processes

are geared rigorously to the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

and our highly qualified employees with their many years of

experience are on hand to help you around the clock.

IT compliance and certification

In order to ensure the security of the data and information

we process, as well as a permanent and adequate

standard of security in the interests of our customers,

we gear our activities towards the requirements of the

recognised standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013 relating to

establishment of an information security management

system (ISMS). To enable that, we have built an

information security organisation leveraging the many

years of expertise of our employees from the various

key technological fields. We apply the OEDIV risk

management methodology to protect the confidentiality,

integrity and availability of information at the company.

Data centre security

OEDIV runs the systems in two active, highly available

data centres at separate locations. The same goes for the

high-performance storage and backup systems with their

redundant design. The data backups are constantly replicated

in the other data centre. Data is channelled over two different

routes at OEDIV, meaning that production is maintained if one

route fails. The data centres’ infrastructure and technology are

separately assessed in detail by a specialised, independent

auditing organisation and they have been awarded “Secure

Data Centre” certification.
