Premium metallurgy

CMS Cepcor premium manganese steel and alloy crusher liners are independently proven in miningand aggregate production to achieve and often exceed the performance of the equivalent originalequipment manufacturers castings.

The metallurgy for our manganese castings has been developed in conjunction with our foundry partner,who is renowned as the world's leading manufacturer of crusher liners. Developed from the originalHadfield manganese steel specification, our variation can provide unequalled toughness with excellentresistance to abrasion, which improves as the steel work hardens in operation. Available in M14, M18and M21 manganese steel we have a cost effective solution to your specific requirements.

CMS Cepcor also supplies premium crusher wear parts in specialist alloys including alloy steel,martensitic steel and chrome iron.

Cavity and linerselection

It is important that you have thecorrect liner configuration to maximiseyour throughput.

CMS Cepcor stocks a wide range ofcone crusher liners and cavityconfigurations from extra fine to extracoarse together with specialapplication liners.

We also offer many jaw crusher plateprofiles including standard, quarry,super grip, long, coarse corrugated,wide, heavy duty, multi andsupertooth along with various hammermaterial grades for impactors.



Custom liners

The CMS Cepcor crusher liner pattern range isvast: we have developed a huge inventory ofpatterns to suit popular OEM designs.

We also work in partnership with aggregate andmining primary gyratory crusher operators tocustom design and enhance mantle and concaveliner profiles for site specific applications.

Our custom liner profiles can offer considerablewear life and throughput improvements overstandard designs resulting in lower processingcosts and fewer change outs.

Korrobond crusher backing

CMS Cepcor is an authorised UK & exportdistributor for Korrobond crusher backingproducts. We hold an extensive stock inventoryin the United Kingdom.

Korrobond 65 crusher backing is the leadingbrand of epoxy based backing compound forcone and gyratory crushers. Korrobond 65 isspecified by leading OEM’s and distributed inthe aftermarket by CMS Cepcor.

Korrobond 90 crusher backing is apolyurethane based crusher backingproduct specially formulated to produce atough flexible backing of low viscosity toensure free flow into the smallest cavitiesand contours of manganese steel.

Korrobond Release Agent is applied tocrusher liners prior to using Korrobond crusherbacking products. It also facilitates the easyremoval of the crusher liners at the end oftheir working life.

Each wear part casting has a cast manufacturingserial number and is fully traceable; furtherspectrometer material testing is completed in theUK by our quality engineers.
