Me & Myself/

Driven by design and creativity, dedicated on

the vision of your dreams. I create and

manage events throughout the UK. I cater for

all budgets, tastes, style and themes to give

you a truly unique and individual event fuelled

with attention to detail.

Whatever the celebration, either big or small I will tailor your event to you requirements, helping you find the perfect venue to choosing the right suppliers.

I take all the pressure and stress away, I negotiate contracts and can also manage your guest list, so you can relax and enjoy your party knowing that all has been taken care of, my flexible approach means that you can get me to do as little or as much as you want.

We start the process off with a consultation, this can be arranged to take place anywhere, we talk

about how you see your event, the style you want, and anything else that you want to make it special I can make your dreams a reality.

We also discuss creating mood-boards, invite designs and all for your stationary needs, the design proposal that we make will be yours to keep, so you can remain confident throughout the process.

On the big day I am on hand from the start to handle anything that comes up, organise suppliers

and staff to sitting people down, whilst you relax I oversee everything. Whilst you stay the focus of the party I stay discreetly in the background working tirelessly making sure that everything runs

smoothly and to plan.

The Service/

Couples come to me who want something a bit different from the norm. I don’t believe in mundane weddings. My weddings recreate the boundaries of what is possible, nothing but passion, commitment and perfection will do. We start the process off with a consultation, this can be arranged to take place anywhere, we talk about how you see your event, the style you want, and anything else that you want to make it special I can make your dreams a reality.

After going through all the mentioned ideas I will then provide you a detailed plan of how I can transform your dreams. I then get to work designing everything to then showcase to you, I can pick out a range of venues or go directly to your chosen one and I will show you what I can do to make it perfect for your event. You will always be at the forefront of my ideas and your budget kept in mind.

I will also be on hand to source all the relevant suppliers, musicians, DJ's, florists ect, so you don't need too.

Viewings and tastings along with sampling other delights will all be arranged so all you need to do

is attend, and majority of the time can all be arranged to take place at the same time in your chosen venue.

A few days before your big day I start the decoration process transforming your dream, I do this single handedly it allows me to maintain perfection, I will always keep you updated - unless you

like surprises, the day before your wedding is the ultimate viewing, I show you my work. This day is the final day where changes and alterations can be made but most importantly you see

your dream, the design brought to life from your inspirations.

On the big day I'm on hand at every moment whilst you relax with a glass of Champagne and adore my gift to you, I work in the background making sure that the day flows effortlessly like the

planning whilst you mingle with guests.

I have worked within some spectacular

venues set in the most fabulous locations,

whatever setting you are dreaming of I can

make it happen, whether it's a country barn or

a stately home, to a stylish rooftop I can offer

a wide choice of excellent venues to suit your

wedding style and budget.

I oversee many of the arrangements and

design the decoration as well as organising a

suitable table layout.

The Suppliers/ I strive for excellence I work closely with local

businesses, this is really important for me it’s great

for the local economy and it’s a great opportunity to

start new business relationships. From these

reliable suppliers I gather a range of prices and

quotes then I let you choose who you want to go

with.

The suppliers that I use and recommend are also to

a high and professional standard.

RSVP Gold/

My RSVP GOLD service gives you my most

dedicated wedding and event planning

service. I act as a 24 hour planner and

lifestyle concierge service I'm fully dedicated,

full time to look after your wedding.

My RSVP GOLD service is offered to clients

with a budget in excess of £25K for their

event.

Fees/

For my full planning service, the fee starts from

10-20% of the wedding budget as a cost for

our full planning services. I then itemise out all

other costs on a budget as we move through

the planning process.

I also offer a purely 'on-the-day' service or a

one day pre-meeting if you are on a tighter

budget and just need some advice.

When you use Chris Carter Event Designs, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below, without modification. We may update the terms and conditions of use from time to time. 1. A minimum non-refundable deposit of 1/2 of the total booking fee is required to confirm any discussed booking. Chris Carter Event Designs, however reserve the right to increase the stated the deposit amount above 1/2. 2. Cancellations of any services booked with Chris Carter Event Designs should be made in writing and received by Chris Carter Event Designs no less than 28 days prior to the date of the booked event clearly stating the reason for cancellation. 3. Failure to cancel within the specified timescale will mean that the named client will incur the full booking fee to be paid and cleared in full by the booked function date. 4. Payments made to Chris Carter Event Designs are non transferable. 5. The named client will be held liable for all costs of repair or replacement. In the event that any persons present at the event damages any equipment provided or supplied by Chris Carter Event Designs at a function. 6. Chris Carter Event Designs cannot be held liable in the unlikely event of any third party supplies or suppliers not

arriving or supplying their products and/or service/s arranged by Chris Carter Event Designs on the client's behalf which are not part of Chris Carter Event Designs. 7. If the balance is not paid in full by the event date, an interest of 5% will be applied to any pending balance amount every 7 day period after the balance becomes overdue. 8. It is the named client's responsibility to ensure that all

monies are paid promptly and correctly. 9. The Suppliers shall make all reasonable effort to deliver goods within the agreed timescales, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time. If you would like your Products to be delivered by alternative means then advertised please contact the Supplier using the contact details supplied on the order page and the Supplier may, at the Supplier’s discretion, provide an alternative means. 10. If you have any complaints, you should direct them to the Supplier via the details given on your order. 11. The third party operator will have their own terms and conditions and privacy policy and it is up to you to indicate Your consent or otherwise to the use that the third party proposes to make of Your personal data. 12. While I select my trading partners with care, Chris Carter Event Designs cannot be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which You may suffer as a result of

Your decision to enter any dealings or transactions with, or supply personal information to, a trading partner or any third party. Please ensure you are aware of whom you are contracting with and the relevant terms and conditions prior to entering into any contract even if arranged on your behalf by Chris Carter Event Designs. 13. Chris Carter Event Designs is not responsible for, and makes no warranties or representations regarding the goods or services provided by the various wedding vendors listed or advertising on my website, nor does Chris Carter Event Designs specifically endorse or recommend any of these vendors. 14. You understand that Chris Carter Event Designs' services are provided "AS-IS" and on a "Best Effort" basis. 15. Chris Carter Event Designs is not responsible for loss of data, non-deliveries, or service interruptions, or event cancellations. 16. Although we do all possible checks to recommend professional and good suppliers, we are unable to give any guarantee as to the quality or suitability of third party service providers or their goods or Planning. Therefore in the unlikely event that a supplier does not meet your expectations, we are not responsible for all third party supplier services. Therefore no liability shall attach to us in respect of any claims arising out of any cancellation of such Planning. 17. As we do not offer insurance to you as part of the Planning, we strongly suggest that you arrange your own insurance for both your wedding/celebration and associated travel arrangements. 18. Subject to the provisions of the Proposal Document the Chris Carter Event Designs can, on your behalf, negotiate contracts with third party suppliers for your wedding day and will take reasonable care in the selection of and negotiation with such third parties. All contracts negotiated in this way will be entered into between you and the individual third party suppliers. This ensures you have a direct contractual relationship with all of your wedding suppliers. It is your responsibility, not that of Chris Carter Event Designs, to ensure that you are aware of, and comply with, all the Terms & Conditions of individual third party suppliers. (Full details of third party suppliers shall be provided including a breakdown of what services are provided by them on your contract). 19. Chris Carter Event Designs will not be liable for any non-observance by you of any third party supplier contract terms. 20. Third party contracts, and the performance of these suppliers, are beyond the control of Chris Carter Event Designs that may arise and we do not accept any liability for the unsatisfactory performance of a third party supplier. 21. If the Proposal Document includes it, we will attend your wedding day to over-see the coordination of the planned events. 22. Chris Carter Event Designs does not normally purchase goods or services on your behalf unless specifically requested by yourself. If however we do make purchases on your behalf your contract still remains with the supplier who will provide you a copy of the agreement via the contact details you provide. Any liability shall be held between you and the third party and Chris Carter Event Designs cannot be held liable for any errors by the third party. If such an arrangement is made we shall make payment on your behalf to the third party and may include an additional fee. 23. If a payment is made on your behalf to the supplier it is your responsibility to be aware of their terms and conditions and any complaints should be made to the supplier directly as they shall send you the original contract. Chris Carter Event Designs will not

therefore have absolutely no further involvement in such contracts nor can they be held liable for any issues or non

delivery of services arranged. 24. Chris Carter Event Designs total liability in contract, tort

(including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with the performance or contemplated

performance of this agreement shall (unless you take advantage of the offer to endeavour to arrange insurance in paragraph 17 of this clause be limited to the price paid for

the Wedding Planning Fee. 25. If you give us notice within 2 weeks after signing this

Agreement that you prefer not to agree the limit on liability referred to in clause 24 of this clause then I will (on your consent), at your entire cost and expense endeavour to

arrange insurance in order to provide you with a greater level of financial liability and if I can (at your cost and expense as stated) arrange such insurance my liability will be the level of

such insurance. This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be exclusively governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of

England and Wales. i) If any provision of the Contract (or part of any provision) is

found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that

provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed not to form part of the Contract, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of the Contract shall not

be affected. ii) If a provision of the Contract (or part of any provision) is found illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the provision shall apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it

legal, valid and enforceable. iii) You will not, without the prior written consent of the Chris Carter Event Designs, assign, transfer, subcontract, declare a trust of or deal in any manner with all or any of its rights or

obligations under the Agreement. iv) I may at any time assign, transfer, or subcontract, all or any of the rights of Chris Carter Event Designs under this

Agreement and may subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of the obligations of the Wedding Planner to you to

any third party or agent. v) Any notice required to be given under this Agreement shall

be in writing and shall be delivered personally or sent by recorded delivery to the other party.

vi) Any notice or other communication shall be deemed to have been duly received if delivered personally, when left at the address shown in the Proposal Document or, if sent by recorded delivery, at 9.00 am on the second Business Day

after posting.
