ACTIVITIES

Al Aire Libre only provides the transport service and suggests hotels and other

activity operators according to the chosen place of interest. The guests will book

directly with these operators.

We will begin with two vans: one for transport around Bogotá (go and return on

the same day) and one for long trips through Colombia (travel during one, two or

three weeks).

Mobility through Colombia We offer comfortable and safe transport to places of interest around Bogotá like Guatavita, Suesca, Zipaquirá, Chingaza, a.o., as well as tours of one, two or three weeks through Colombia.


The total project investment is COP $4.000 millon (USD $1.33 millon). We expect to get a Debt for COP $2.000 millon (USD $0.67 millon) and Equity for COP $2.000 millon (USD $0.67 millon), from these, more than COP $600 millon (USD $0.2 millon) have been already invested.” Al Aire Libre will be a Simplified Joint Stock Company. The Company (Al Are Libre SAS) will be the owner of the land where the Hotel will be built. The construction license of the project was obtained through the Resolution 158 of July 2014 from La Calera Mayor’s Office.

An investment of COP $1.000 millon (USD $333.000) will give you 50% shares of Al Aire Libre SAS. You will obtain a return that depends on the hotels’ occupancy rate as follows:

The average occupancy in Bogotá in 2013 was 57.8%. between 45% and 67% during the year.

The hotel has 16 rooms. We expect to exceed the average occupations from Bogotá with our innovative offer and marketing strategy. We will rent the entire Hotel for events (including the rooms) or only the second floor lounge.
